Wonderful place to stay that is close to downtown! We loved our stay and it was very easy to find and check in to. We wanted a place with good parking in a safe area that’s walkable distance to downtown, that’s exactly what we found here! Loved it thank you!

Was a beautiful place to spend the weekend away with my fiancé, was cozy all around pretty quiet. The furnaces make loud popping noises when on but aside from that it was amazing. Nice tv everything laid out well. The hallway light and bathroom light flicker a little bit nothing major but definitely something to consider if you’re epileptic. The waters left for us were an awesome addition plus the noodles made for a nice late night snack while watching tv before bed. Would totally stay again!

Had a small problem getting the code for the lock to work, but David responded immediately and helped, so it wasn’t a big deal at all! The place was clean and spacious, with lots of snacks and cutlery in the kitchen—and the TV was a nice addition to the living room.

Every now and then, you come across an Airbnb that has a kind of magic glow — the kind of place that just feels fun, has unique characteristics, etc. when you walk in and check it all out. Tbh, not sure exactly what that is but I had forgotten that effect until we stayed here. This home definitely had that and the magic of the place stayed with us throughout our two-week stay, all the way through Christmas. It was perfect for our family, and our kids absolutely loved it. After Christmas, we had about 10 bags of garbage (a lot more than we realized!), and they graciously offered to take it to the dump for us, along with their own holiday trash. On Christmas Day, they even dropped off a batch of homemade orange rolls — a thoughtful and personal touch that made our holiday extra special. During our stay, there were a couple of minor repairs needed (our fault entirely), and our host was gracious and reasonable. Our family so much appreciated our stay.

Second time staying here, and it was a great place to stay once again! I will be back.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The location was perfect—so close to tubing, great restaurants, and all the fun things to do in Park City. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. A 4x4 vehicle is a good idea since the road is steep, and there was lots of snow during our visit. But that just made it feel even more like a winter wonderland! Jennifer was awesome! She gave us great recommendations and checked in to make sure we were okay. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home with everything supplied that’s mentioned in the listing , host is very responsive and does whatever it takes to make you feel accommodated.

There’s a a lot of basement Airbnbs in Salt Lake City but it’s rare to find one where you have access to the thermostat so that you can set the temperature and aren’t too hot/too cold. Great location for getting around. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway was nice as well because it is close to the unit. Would recommend!

In town for a funeral. Thankful that you’re beautiful apartment could accommodate our family. It was peaceful, quiet and beautifully furnished beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the provisions left for our benefit. Would definitely recommend!

This place is incredible and Troy was real nice and helpful! The location within 20 mins of Snowbird/alta with views of the mountains. The space was extremely clean, the beds were super comfy and the bathrooms are very nice. I would move in if I could. Thanks Troy! Nicest bnb I’ve stayed at

This place was probably the best Airbnb I've stayed in. It was even better than described and the host thought of everything even buying us assorted snacks and breakfast food. She was incredibly responsive and friendly. Everything was immaculately clean. it was quiet and perfect for easy access to Snowbird and Alta where we skiied. Only a 20 minute drive up the canyon to the slopes. Also, the projector and big screen TV theater was so cool. Highly recommend. I have not one negative thing to say, a total gem of a place in Utah!

Very convenient to Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts and a great hot tub to soothe sore muscles. Well provisioned kitchen. Lots of room.

Cute bungalow in the Aves- very close to downtown and City Creek park. Love the original art inside and hard wood floors. Everything worked perfectly.

Christine our host, was a wonderful help as we booked VERY last minute. She was super friendly and efficient. Also, sent someone immediately to make sure the hot tub was clean and ready. The private patio with hot tub, was so nice especially with our pup - who could just go in and out the slider door. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and upscale. Really appreciated the comfy beds and 100% cotton linens!

Great spot in a beautiful building downtown. Kitchen had all the basics you need, internet was fast, and parking was easy! Would def stay again.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The apartment was a good space to spend time: spacious, comfortable. Our host was very responsive to our questions and a couple of small issues that arose (nothing serious).

Courtney and Jess' place was a pleasure to stay at. Their information, directions, etc. were all very clear - and that's key when you want to focus on your vacation and not your airbnb. Their place great to relax at - whether hanging out in the front room or kitchen, or basking in the hot tub after a day in the mountains. Courtney was very communicative - well before our stay, during our stay, and after, and very pleasant to work with when we had any questions or communications. All the amenities were great, especially in the kitchen, and the beds were both very comfortable. It was really nice to have hot tub access, as well as the "drying rack" for gear and the washer/dryer. Would most definitely stay there again on our next Utah ski trip! Thanks!!

The apartment has an excellent location, close to several establishments, all within walking distance. The building is clean, and the apartment is modern and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Benjamin and Ashley were very attentive and willing to help with any questions. Definitely a positive experience!

Thank you Nancy, you have a lovely place. Actually bigger than the pictures and more than enough room for the 4 of us. The hot tub was amazing at the end of each days skiing. We’re already planning next years trip - best AirBnB we’ve stayed in!!!

We loved this property. It was roomy, spotless clean, and beds and linens were so comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything. It even had great views of the Utah snow covered mountains.we will definitely request to book this property next year for our annual ski trip. The garage was also wonderful to have as well THANK YOU!!
