We were a group of 10 and the house was very comfortable. The Host is excellent and super attentive and responsive. The house is very central to go elsewhere by taxi. The Exito supermarket is half a block away and there is a variety of places to eat.

The accommodation is super, very comfortable and clean , very good location. Communication was always excellent and immediate help when we required it. Definitavamente that the rooms have air conditioning is a good plus. There is a supermarket at par and several restaurants. I recommend it 100%.

An excellent house to share as a family, we were 14 people and each one slept comfortably and each room has its bathroom, it has a very good location to go to restaurants walking, it is close to the metro station. The whole family is very happy with this house.

It's a very nice and well-equipped place. It is important to follow Juan's directions for arrival, in the same way Juan is always pending. We'll come back later. Best.

Attention: these are two different apartments. Very elegant and cozy upper apartment. The lower apartment is for sleeping only.

The property was ideal for our group of 10. Each of us had our own room, though not all had private bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us. Ana and her team were incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations, arranging private transportation wherever we needed, and providing fresh towels daily. They were attentive to all of our requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight drawbacks were some mold in the showers and the need for newer bed linens, but overall, it didn’t detract from a great experience. Location 10/10.

Amazing place to stay in Medellin with a larger group. Super well equipped and very clean. It is also very well located with many restaurants and bars in walkable distance! Carlos was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We will surely come again

María is a great host which I recommend to anyone. Apartment is located in quiet building with great 24/ security guards and cameras. Far away from night life noise.

Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelor’s party! I was tasked with taking care of 10 guys and throwing a memorable party. Not only was the Penthouse incredible, but Carlos was indispensable for us all. We literally showed up to a pool party (let your imagination run wild😊 We had access to everything a bachelor party needs. Carlos also owns a taxi company so was able to run guys and gals around with an excellent staff (the property is also owned by an American). The pool view is incredible, and you’ll see a massive statue of Pablo Escobar+ his wife and kids upon entering the property (incredible history). The place is huge and comfortable with fast internet for those who also had to put in work. Lots of bedrooms too. I recommend this property and the staff highly. Since I was responsible for setting this up, I was worried about everything: getting ripped off, robbed, and just looking bad in general. When we got there to a ready-made pool party, I was an instant legend. Perfect!

I had a great stay at Gustavo's place! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and felt very secure throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and convenience of the location. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Medellín.

The house is very well located and very spacious. It is a very safe area and walkable to many restaurants. The house needs some maintenance but the host is very responsive and proactively tried to resolve the issues we experience with the fridge and bathrooms. Daily cleaning is very helpful

the arrive was smooth, the place is very confortable. quite and peaceful. there are places of interest nearby, like malls, parks, restaurants and clubs.

Our experience was excellent. Dn Jhon was incredibly friendly and was always attentive to our needs. We deeply appreciate it allowing us to stay with pet samples, which made the trip even more special. Definitely a place to recommend not only because of the space but also exceptional attention

Excellent place to stay and central to get to know Medellín, everything is very comfortable and clean, the bed is the best it is super comfortable and above all after walking and getting to know and walking, being able to get there and bed is repairing, an excellent TV to watch a good series or movie in your stay and you have a nice and practical kitchen. A cool, quick access place with plenty of restaurants close by and everything within easy reach. Lili is very nice and accurate when responding, it is also a very safe and private place. I would definitely return with my partner. We both had a great time and comfortable
