Apartment vacation rentals in Latina

This was our second time in this sunny and spacious apartment, which we like very much. There is a large balcony with a view of the sea, a nice kitchen with microwave, small oven, etc. The building is extremely quiet with a small elevator; the beach is just 200 meters away. The location is perfect: there is a 3 minute walk to Conad supermarket and less than 10 minutes to the center of the city. Marco is a wonderful host, very communicative and responsive, who also organised a transport from and back to the Rome airport.

Great and spacious apartment overlooking the rooftops of the Marconi neighborhood. Very comfortable spaces that make you want to return home. Comfortable beds, many square meters, terrace, mosquito nets on all windows and large air flow that made the stay pleasant even in the scorching heat of August. Gentle and helpful landlords. Super-stocked kitchen and large laundry room. Highly recommended!

Luciana's place was awesomely strategic with a few caveats. The location of this Airbnb was perfect for exploring [Rome or cities nearby]. The apartment itself was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it easy to stay connected. However, there are a couple of things to note for future guests: * Luggage: If you have large suitcases, be aware that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. * Parking: Parking is available outside the house, but if you have a larger vehicle (like ours, which is 6 meters long), you'll need to park in the designated space down the road. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place, especially for those without heavy luggage.

We loved staying in Anna’s bright and airy apartment. It was exactly as shown in photos with tasteful decor and unusual touches like a workout mat, meditation cushions and a piano, all of which we enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to interesting historical sites, beautiful parks and the lively Garbatella neighborhood. We’ve visited Rome many times over the years, so spent most of our time in the area of the apartment. If you’re up for it, the walk to the center is long (a bit over an hour) but interesting and easy to navigate.

Very comfortable apartment, everything was very clean. Laura made sure of a few special touches, that was very thoughtful. Must take a taxi every where, it’s not a very walkable location. I would stay again next time.

Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand more points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking lot under the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

Brand new studio, very nice and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, very well soundproofed and with fabulous air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable with a spacious shower. The balcony overlooking a private garden is fabulous. Very central and convenient location to reach the beaches on foot in five minutes.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the Airbnb experience at Lara’s place in Laurentina. The place was in a quiet neighbourhood with in two minutes walking distance from our conference centre. Also 5min from nearest metro station. The house itself was gorgeous with beautiful interior and exterior. And Lara was was always helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was very pleasant! Small and cozy apartment with everything we needed, even a sun umbrella for the beach and very close to the sea. It was also convenient to get to Rome. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Even allowed us to leave the apartment a little late. Thank you! We had a very nice stay!

Everything was perfect. The Airbnb was very clean and the metro station was less than five minutes away. The centre of the town was almost 30 minutes away. Valeria was so helpful and she answered our questions right away we texted her. For sure we will book this Airbnb again in the future!

Second stay (two years later) at this place: clean, tidy, and really well maintained. Simona and Stefano were extremely kind and responsive in their responses despite the holiday period. They resolved a small issue quickly and making sure not to disturb our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, there are free parking spots on the adjacent streets and some useful public transport within walking distance. There are neighborhood restaurants within a short walk. I recommend this apartment for the structure (equipped with every comfort) but above all for the two hosts.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

We had a very relaxed and very comfortable stay at Marco's. His was one of very few available listings with such excellent amenities, including washing machine, full oven and hob, dishwasher, large balcony, and a dedicated parking space, - the latter making a huge difference in peace of mind never having to drive around looking for a place to park. The apartment is very conveniently situated just 5 mins walk from the promenade and beach, where you can walk, run or cycle on the excellent cycle path. There is a great supermarket just round the corner with a superb food selection. Marco met us in person and showed us around the apartment and even walked us to the supermarket. We were expecially grateful to him for allowing us to use the parking space after checking out, for a short while we went to get food for the journey home. We would be happy to stay at Marco's place again and can definitely recommend him.
