The cottage, whilst small, is actually more spacious than the photos suggest. A good sized galley kitchen with all white goods and utensils. A comfortable, cosy lounge. The bedroom is a good size with the bathroom ensuite. The bed is a double. Overall, a good size for a couple.

Kimberley House is just the perfect place to stay. We made the most of the few days here, nothing could have been better, and we will definitely be back!

This is our second time visiting Paco’s Cabin with a year between visits. Everything was of the same super high standard as last time and we really enjoyed a few days away from it all. The new sofa is a great upgrade from last year too. Paco was on hand to make sure that despite the low temperatures we were comfortable and very cosy with plenty of wood for the log burner. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with some nice extras which we’d forgotten about like kitchen roll. The bathroom is lovely and the bed is very comfortable. There’s an enormous amount to read and a nice selection of board games too. The hot tub was lovely and clean and was ready to go when we got there. We’re very much looking forward to a booking next year, cheers Paco!

Beautiful house with a cosy and warm decor. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Stayed here for a night with friends while doing the NC500, would highly recommend.

Loved our stay at The Bothy. And seeing the chickens, ducks, cats & Tess the dog every day was a lovely bonus.

Chloe’s retreat cottage was wonderful! A great place to stay for our first night in the highlands. Beautiful, peaceful, clean; it was everything we needed.

David and Ashley are by far the best host I have ever had. Their home was very clean and as described. Just a couple of 6 minute wall to the center of town. They made sure to give us all kinds of recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. if I ever get to come back, I would book their home again.

Clematis Cottage is a lovely cosy home from home. It is ideally situated for exploring Fortrose and Rosemarkie. We had a lovely meal at IV10 where they welcomed dogs in the bothy outside, and drinks in the Anderson where everyone was very friendly. The secure garden at the cottage is ideal for dogs. And the log burner made for some lovely cosy evenings. The bed was also very comfortable. Would highly recommend this cottage. The host is also very communicative which makes everything very easy.

Fabulous house, very well appointed and perfectly equipped. Warm, very comfortable with pipping hot water for everyone. Enormous downstairs area, great sitting room and separate kitchen and sitting area. Big utility area and store, very dog dog friendly. Highly recommended.

Michele’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend some time with extended family in Scotland. Its location overlooking Inverness was beautiful. Great spot to chill out. There is a bus stop in easy reach of the house if you don’t have a car with you or a 10 minute drive into Inverness itself. Lots of space for everyone inside so we never felt we were on top of each other. Really comfortable beds! A real home from home and will definitely come back here on a return trip to Inverness

Kim has made inspired used of small space. She has thought about what guesthouse would like and need and provided everything. We had great walks in snow by the Haughs and beyond. Good places to eat & shops nearby. We'll done, Turra!
