Vacation rentals with a pool in Lat Phrao

Heritage house within walking distance to Chinatown, central Bangkok, close to metro, fully private, and with a saltwater pool: what else is there to want...

It was nice to stay in a very nice place to stay, the location is close to the Asok and NaNa station, it takes about 5-8 minutes to get there, and the pictures of the listing are attached to the entity and the host is a very honest person. One of the housekeepers' little sister is very helpful in cleaning, so the place is clean and hygienic. We had a great experience with our little ones and will definitely be back next time.

Great house for a big company. Located far away from city center, but it’s really convenient to use taxi and highway to get there

1930-40s style house with lots of charm that is located in the center of BKK, with 1 swimming pool, in the middle of the megalopolis = a privileged place. 1st floor has a superb dark wood flooring. This house could be a jewel if the decor was more neat. Very small kitchen with catastrophic furniture and layout: drawers that open on their own, 1 faucet that only provides lukewarm water (no cold water or hot water😳), the equipment is insufficient, not enough towels. The house is generally quite clean, do not look in the corners or the chandelier on the stairs... The bedding is good and comfortable. Only 1 change of bed linen in 7 nights. Air conditioning is difficult to adjust. The safe was unusable and placed on the shelf, not screwed. The bathroom on the ground floor deserves to be largely refreshed. The Thai or continental breakfast is very hearty.

We had a lovely stay. Pleasant house in beautiful green surroundings. Rae and Charlie were helpful and flexible regarding arrival times and storing luggage on the day of departure. We were met at the temple and assisted to the apartment. Luxury of a swimming pool in front of the door. Recommended!

the host and maid made sure we got settled in with some good advice about what to do on our stay. Apartment is lovely and spacious and modern. everything works well. sleeps 10 comfortably. would definitely recommend.

Speaking about host first, she is extremely nice, supportive, sincere, super sweet by action. Her house is well prepared align to our needs which is peaceful and quiet place and feel homey, cozy, cleanliness, real kitchen where I can cook the real food. Very easy for checking in , clear instruction. Amentities and others are also very good preparation and it can be used for real. Location is very convenience for ride , drive or taking public transportation. Lastly, we love this place and we will rebook and revisit this place. This place will be the first place where we thinking of Bangkok, Thailand.

Everything is great! Easy to use Check-in. Great view from the balcony, we felt comfortable.

I stayed in apartments for 2 weeks. Didn't had any troubles during stay. Host was responding was with any questions. Apartments are in surprisingly quiet area, considering Soi Sukhumvit 11 is just 5 minutes away by walking. The building itself is nice and modern. The only downside is that you don't really have any window views (because there's another building in front of window), but apart from that everything was fine.

Pemika was very helpful in every way, met me at the door and answered my questions. She gave me a lot of advice I forgot to ask about this place I was visiting for the first time. The house was very nice for the price, I was satisfied in every way and would definitely recommend...

very good value for the money charged. there is a previous review that says that there's no curtains in the main room. that's not actually true they're on a remote control and you press the button and the curtains come down they're kind of hidden so it's not obvious but definitely they're there.

Sansanee was an extremely friendly, respectful, and responsive host. She was available every time I had a question and worked with me to find answers that worked for both of us.

There are so many things to talk about how comfortable and great apartment Aid has. Aid is very responsive, helpful and friendly! The apartment is just 20mins away from the airport. You have everything you need and if you need something else, there’s a 7-11 just right below! Railway is nearby too. Easy location to get a grab. There’s also a vending machine below for your daily dose of coffee/tea. There’s an area for you to chill too. It feels like home. Quiet and peaceful. Balcony is cosy and windy at times. No traffic noise and able to get a good sleep. I’m lucky to be able to stay at Aid’s. I will definitely come back again.
