Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The stay at Gareth's house was great. It was like being at your place. The only detail was the first day we arrived at night, we didn't know about the water heater and we ran out of hot water because we wanted to bathe the little one, and the power of the light, that everything couldn't be on at the same time. But once you know that and take care of everything. We will recommend it to our acquaintances who are going to visit Ontinyent. The views of the Torrater Mariola and Benicadell mountain ranges are the best. Too bad there was no time for the pool and it wasn't available yet, otherwise we would have enjoyed it much more.

Olivier is a perfect host. Great communication, very friendly and helpful. The place is an absolute dream, as shown in the pictures. Absolutely recommended.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

The house was pristine, very flexible when entering and leaving. To say something, a couple of amenities were not up and running. But overall we couldn't have had more luck with the host and the care he took with us.

We stayed in Monique's apartment for 9 days, 4 adults and 3 children. Although we shared only one apartment in two family groups, the availability of beds and two bathrooms still protected privacy. The kitchen has all the dishes you need, even a dishwasher and most importantly, there was a washing machine in the house. At the entrance of the house there is a well-furnished garden, on the first floor kitchen, table, sofa and a bathroom, on the mezzanine floor a room with 4 beds and on the upper floor two double bedrooms and another bathroom, at the top a terrace. Monique Elda was immediately precise and helpful, she provided us with detailed directions to find the apartment and upon our arrival, despite a two-hour delay due to problems at the airport, she waited for us without complaining. The location of the house is great for visiting nearby towns and cities, 15 minutes by car from Alicante (beautiful and I recommend visiting), beautiful beach near the house.

Patricia's house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. In addition, Patricia was charming and always attentive to making sure everything was perfect. I would go back without any hesitation!

The apartment is well decorated and organized. The 2+2 stay was very comfortable. In front of the house you can have a coffee on the terrace. There is a school nearby and there is a bit of noise before 9, but it didn't bother us. Parking for car readily available. Walk to the beach, but we've always used the car anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you for being able to check in early. We'd love to go back. Thanks for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

beautiful house with a very nice heated pool, each bedroom has its own bathroom and the house is easily liveable with 6 people. There is a small shopping centre nearby so it is easy to get groceries and other necessities. We do recommend hiring a car to visit a lot of the nearby cities and villages. overall we loved our stay and would certainly recommend this house

6 Male Friends on a reunion trip - We adored this place, great to have our own private spaces and a wealth of space around the property to relax in. Sunshine on the pool all day and then the back terrace with BBQ in the evening. Supermarkets a 10min drive away to load up. Not a lot to do in the local area and the beach is a little tired but this did not matter to us. We booked it purely for the property and pool and for us this was the perfect fit. Would highly recommend getting a hire car. Our hosts were very responsive! Thanks again Peter and Masha! We may see you again soon!

Our group (including 3 couples and 2 children) stayed here comfortably with plenty of space. We just missed out on the pool heater being turned on but we still used the pool a lot. There was plenty of space to seat us all for relaxing & eating and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found the amenities in the villa very useful - a washing machine, airer, plenty of towels, cots, highchairs, baby cutlery, toys, etc. The beach is a short walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from and the tram stops are close making it very easy to get around (at a low cost too!) and so no car was needed. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the hosts for being so welcoming and accommodating. 5 stars, would recommend!

Sergio super nice and the house great. It had everything and quality, including a fireplace, barbecue, pool... Perfect for going with a dog, as it is all fenced (including the pool, no danger) and there is a lot of space. They also have chickens, and they gave us plenty of eggs that were great. The area is very quiet, surrounded by fields and only some chalets quite secluded. And less than 5 minutes from Ayora.

Lovely stay as always. Always fast response if there is any issue. Amazing value for family’s as there is so much in the area. Will come again.

Pristine, super clean villa, very well stocked with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and appliances. Staple grocery items (salt, pepper, herbs, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc) very useful, 10ltr of bottle water and extra appliance such as coffee maker (with capsules). kettle etc were wonderful. The roof top solarium was a real bonus and vital as we visited in October and there was no sun on the pool all day. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived but Natalia and Oleg were very responsive and fixed it the next morning. Beds were too hard for our taste. Good internet connectivity and we were able to log on to Netflix and Amazon accounts for TV. Great location for 5min drive to supermarkets and restaurants. There's quite a lot of building projects in the area but not too noisy.

We a family of nine had a fantastic time. We have been in this area a few times because I just love it. For me off season is the best time quiet yet loads to do. The villa was amazing and the views were brilliant. But you definitely need to be fit or drive it is super hilly on this side of the golf course 🤣. I'm not really all that fit but we managed the hills 🤣 lots of slaging from the kids encouraged me to concur the hill of death. On this really steep hill at the top on the right hand side give a wave the chap who lives there gets a kick out of watching people climb that hill. The local taxi guy's were fantastic and super friendly. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back 👍👍👍👍👍

This beautiful seaside home was perfect for our family of 7. The home was well cared for and Marina, our host, was both friendly and excellent with communication and meeting our needs. She helped us out immediately on the one morning when the electricity went out and she had someone over to restore it all within 5 minutes. Our family used the back and front patios often, including the pool and the ping-pong table. I highly recommend this home. We had a delightful stay and we hope to return next year!

Imka was a great host who really gave us the feeling of being welcome in her home. She is clearly proud of the house, and so is why: It was really nice! We highly recommend renting this place. Especially if you like a round of golf like us. The track met all our expectations🤩🏌️‍♂️⛳️

Had a great stay , Eric was the perfect host , had a couple of queries but Eric was on hand via text, to answer them almost immediately. The neighbours were very friendly too
