Visited Las Vegas for a couple of days for the Janet Jackson concert. The place was as described, clean, privacy, peaceful neighborhood, and close to the strip. Abel was responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again while in Vegas.

My wife and I had a great time in Las Vegas. While staying at Yunelky’s place, we felt safe and the neighborhood was very quiet! Yunelky was very responsive and kind. We saw her one time and she asked if we needed anything. We had everything we needed in the accommodations. The shower worked great, in addition to the appliances. All in all, we will stay here again if we are ever in the Las Vegas area again.

The condition of the room was better when I actually went there than what was on the photo list.

Alex is nice person, and the place is really clean and quiet, I really love it! It’s also pretty convenient transportation if you’re driving, it’s easy to go anywhere. Great experience and I will definitely back here again when the next time I’m in town

This stay was perfect!! So close to the airport, near food and stores, and overall a really great place. We will be back for sure! The place is REALLY NICE! The bathroom was so spacious and beautiful! We had no issues and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was SPOTLESS and CLEAN! Random, but the iron was SO GOOD 😂 lol

A cute and cozy home with easy access to everything in and around Vegas. The rooms were spacious and everything needed for comfortable stay was provided.

Iris gets five stars in all categories. Very friendly and great communication. Her place was super comfortable and just a beautiful space to hang out and relax. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was convenient to the freeways and had easy options to jet off to other areas of town or get right to the south end of the strip, and also close to suburbia shopping and eats. You can walk to restaurants and Von's market or drive there in about two minutes. The beds were super comfy and some variety in pillows so you're less likely to get stuck with one that doesn't fit you. I drive a car that makes parking important to me, and while the garage is off limits, there is space in front or on the street is good, too. It's not far from a street corner in both directions so not much chance for drivers to achieve much speed as they go by. A really quiet street and neighbors. Also, be sure to check out Iris's local recommendations on the Airbnb app. I highly recommend!

I had a really nice and cozy stay. The cleanliness was on point, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had more than everything I needed. The communication was a 10/10—very responsive and welcoming. The host made sure everything was smooth and easy. One thing I didn’t realize would be perfect was the location—right next to a Walmart, other stores, and plenty of fast food places, which made everything super convenient. The hot tub was a 10/10, and the pool table added a lot of fun to the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting who loves comfort and quality.

Beautiful home, great natural light. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for cool Christmas-time stay. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to Vegas strip and interstates for trips to Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Red Rock, and more. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would love to stay there again.

Good place near the strip, like 10 min driving. Kind of hard to walk, but is Great Spot and good price to stay with your friends

Everything was PERFECT, I highly recommend Ferdinand’s place! The bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable and the sheets were very hard! Other than that we felt right at home. Great location, you have everything within 2 miles. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in town. Thanks Ferdinand for going above and beyond to make it possible for us to stay!!

Wesley & Lance were great hosts, quick to respond to any inquiries no matter the time, and really were considerate and accomodating when it came to a last minute emergency request, which my family and I will be always grateful. The units smelled so good and fully stocked with beddings and towels. Place is secure and a short drive to restaurants, hotels and the strip so it was very easy to get around. We ended up booking two units, and are grateful for the extra bed provided at such short request. We are very satisfied and look forward to coming back if our travels ever find us in Vegas again.

One of the best Airbnb's I've rented. My family and I all slept well, had extra blankets and pillows, enough room for comfort, and the area was very peaceful. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Definitely recommend staying.

This place was nothing less than amazing. It was well stocked and decorated beautifully. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff and the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although we were not directly on the strip it was just a few steps away. I think I walked the strip more this time than I ever have being on the strip. The home is beautiful very comfortable and cozy. I definitely will be staying again. Only 8 minutes away from the airport.
