I want to start out by saying Gabriel was absolutely amazing. He was the one we communicated with when we needed help. Right off the bat he was understanding as we ran late getting from MX airport to Cuernavaca. We truly appreciated having someone like Gabriel there to help us. He was responsive professional & friendly. He's a big reason we hope to rebook. Every part of this house was beautiful. Truly an architectural masterpiece. We used 3 rooms in total. We slept in the master and 2nd room upstairs and found it easier to shower in the bottom bathroom. The weather in Cuernavaca was hot during our week stay so we were very glad to have the portable fans and the pool there. The balcony was a great place to relax. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Things I'd recommend bringing: Mosquito repellent and trash bags There was a lot of mosquitos during the evening There's a store nearby where you can by most essential items Thank you so much for everything, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place and above all the attention , totally recommended my stay was 4 nights and were good times for my birthday , a relaxing and fun stay.

The place is very quiet, no noise was heard, it had a very nice view is very large the garden and pool. A very nice place to rest. The pool is very cold this season it does not have a heater but I guess in temperate spring summer would be in point of the pool. Agustín very kind.

The attention of the host and the employees of the split was very good, the place matches the one in the photos, good cleanliness. The approximate location that appears on the app does not fully match, but it is not far away and is located in a nice and quiet area

Huge place, with several entertainment options (billiards, squash, tennis court) pool with hot water for the little ones, they allowed me to take my dog and was happy in the garden, very good communication with host, excellent service from the people in the house

“Our stay at the Shipyard in Teques property was spectacular! Communication with Rudi was very clear and on time. The place was spotless, well equipped and decorated in good style. The distribution was perfect for our needs (15 people) with 6 rooms with private bathroom. And the isolated common areas of bedrooms facilitate coexistence and rest. The location was perfect, a few steps down to get to the lake; in a quiet area to rest; that the trees gave us the necessary privacy. Adriana the cook has an exceptional season, always attentive to please our palate and ready to help us with any questions. Sofia and Epifanio of cooking, cleaning and maintenance also made sure our stay was enjoyable by keeping the property clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

Our stay was pleasant, Sebastian was in contact with us from the start. When we arrived, the CFE was fixing a transformer and he got involved and monitored it until the power came back. The description matches everything, Blanca was always attentive and helped with everything. The cleaning is done every day and her seasoning is delicious. The view of the house is beautiful, and the bedrooms and common areas are very comfortable✨💜. I highly recommend it.

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! The best Air bnb stay, everything was super clean, without insects, the sheets and towels smelled delicious, the place was just like the photos and they stay short, Martha gives super attention and it is not said from the manager, we pass it luxury, we will definitely come back.

Eustaquio's house is beautiful. He describes it as is, extremely comfortable and central, with ease to get what is offered. The help from Delia and Alguimiro was valuable and will accept our mascotitas was great. Ctlina is very attentive at all times. We'll be back soon.

The house is very nice. It's bigger than the pictures. The garden is very large and very well kept. The house is nicely distributed and each room has its own bathroom. Don Benito was attentive in case we needed anything but always respecting our space. The location is central near Oxxo and super markets. The downside is that the pool was cold, still on, but we had a good time. Luis was very accessible during our stay.

Excellent stay, you feel at home, the photos match the post, the only small detail is that it needs more efficient air conditioning or fans, but from that outside the host and the house is highly recommended!

The home is a super quiet and complete place. You can enjoy with your friends, family as there are many spaces and activities that you can do. Everything was spotless, functional, the people in charge of welcoming us were very kind. We had a very pleasant experience in general.
