Guesthouse vacation rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada

A house in the middle of the mountains, a few minutes drive from the nearest town of Santa Lucia.... there it is absolutely quiet and the scenery with mountains is incredibly beautiful! Very rarely you can hear a car passing by and sometimes dog barking or the rooster every now and then. Wonderful!!! We lived in the upper apartment which looks exactly like in the photos. Esther lives right next door along with 2 dogs and a cute white cat. The pool was great for swimming and you could have breakfast in the sun in October from about half past eleven in the morning. The house was not so easy to find, but Esther was available by phone and kindly picked us up by car in Santa Lucia and drove to the place in front of us! Esther was friendly, the house was very clean and equipped with everything you need (incl. Orange press). We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Small but nice and functional room. You get everything you need for a budget stay, and it’s also possible to cook in the room. Having a car is essential when staying here, as it is quite far from public transportation. However, with a car, it’s a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. We arrived at the beginning of February, and during our stay, the area was very windy. The terrace outside would be a nice place to relax or have dinner when there is no wind, but during our stay, it was not usable. The location is convenient for driving to the southern part of the island and can serve as a good starting point for exploring the south and east areas.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed this appartment. It is in a quiet town with a wonderful view on the mountains. Close to Las Palmas but also to nice little town in the inland. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. We hope to come back here one day!

We had a fantastic week at this lovely accommodation. Manuel is a responsive, helpful host who did everything possible to ensure we had a good stay. The terrace is a great area for sunbathing & relaxing, it is such a quiet, restful place. We would love to come back to this lovely place in the future.

We had a great week in Alberto's apartment. The best of course was the beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside and sun from morning to evening. We could always have breakfast outside, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment was very well equipped, the bed very comfortable, we didn't miss anything. Spices, oil and coffee were also there, just like many bathroom items. A great holiday, we hope to come back again.

The villa was very nice exactly as described, communication with the Host (Fabio )was good he was there to meet us, he also arranged a taxi etc for our return to the airport. It is approximately a 30-minute walk to the Beach, or 20 minutes to the Yumbo centre, there is a Lidle supermarket only 5 mints away, we had a great time over Christmas and new year.

We stayed there for a total of 10 days and had a very pleasant stay. Even before we arrived, Maurice and many good tips and links sent us. The communication worked perfectly. The apartment is pleasantly quiet and equipped with everything you need to cook. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We were completely satisfied. Kitchenette in the room well equipped, but above all the very large terrace with tables, loungers and private pool have impressed us. Having your own car was helpful, then you could reach everything easily and above all explore the island. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing place, location, people and just everything. Jonatan is the best host ever, he’ll make you feel right at home and help out with anything. The room is perfect, it has all you need, as well as the kitchen, bathroom and coworking spaces. The best part is definitely the people you get to meet. Made so many friends here that I’m already planning to come back and visit for more. By far the best place I’ve ever stayed in, I’m very sad I have to leave!!

So AirBnB must be but it is now far too rare.... Real hospitality and a wonderful accommodation in the quiet garden of Voloese animals and plants and fruit trees. Jesus took care of himself touchingly, always friendly, interested and warm-hearted. A real gem of place to stay and a great invitation to dinner together. Wonderful people, a magical experience! The property at Alina's is highly recommended. Quiet, easily accessible and an enchanting garden. Alina is well prepared and you can understand her even without knowledge of Spanish. Don't hesitate to book here!!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful space outside and a fantastic pool area which was private, quiet and excellently kept. A nice 20min stroll into Playa del ingles or maspalomas.

We were very well welcomed by Jesus upon our arrival, with nice basket of citrus fruits from the garden! magnificent very atypical apartment, with neat and quiet decoration... with a dream terrace! located in a hamlet about 1km from the historic center of Teror ( car recommended because the slopes are steep!) perfect location to visit the north of the island and the mountains... Thank you Jesus!!

I loved every second of my time in Mariano's gaf. as soon as met him I loved him. he's a no nonsense kind of dude. he's like a big brother. I crashed out big time and the lads working were obviously far out psychedelic dudes. I think this place is magic. it's not for squares.you have been advised.

Perfect welcome, perfect home

Apartment was really clean, practical and filled all our needs! There were modern kitchen and the decor was redused, but lovely. The whole apartment seemed to be rather unused. The area where apartment located, was quiet, safe and charming. We could park our car to street with no worries. Maria was fantastic hostess who really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. She, among other things, organised us a masseur to apartment. We felt like we were in good hands and we will certainly come back again.

Was a peaceful private place in the valley, was unfortunate that the weather was cloudy when we were there but that can't be helped. There's a beautiful local restaurant only a 5 minute walk away that serves great food at great prices, this was recommended to us by the host. Need a car to be able to stay there as Maspalomas is around a 15 minute drive away. Hope to come again!
