We have visited San Juan several times and always try to stay at Arenas’s condo. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and several delicious local restaurants. It is in a gated community that is very quiet. The place is well-stocked and has beach towels and chairs. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in Old San Juan, and everything about Margarita’s place was absolutely perfect. Prime location, super clean and organized apartment, and a host full of recommendations and willing to help with any questions we had. Would one thousand percent stay here again.

Xavier’s place was perfect for my group of 3! Location was excellent, the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful, and the place was equip with everything we needed. I would definitely book again!

Cute stay and worth the price

I definitely recommend staying here when in the San Juan area! The place was cute and well kept. Also very close to viejo/old San Juan. It was in a residential area but it was quiet, we always felt safe, and had a parking spot off the street. Definitely follow the address/coordinates given to you instead of typing in the address in a Maps application. It's spacious enough for two people. One thing to consider is that the place has stairs, which is difficult when getting luggage inside. Regardless, I would stay again! Steven was also super responsive and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Hernan’s place is in a beautiful historic old building in Old San Juan filled with character and charm. If you’re looking to explore the area and sleep in a really comfortable bed, you’d be lucky to find this as an available option. Hernan provided everything we needed and was helpful every step of the way- 1000/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for what we needed and was a super close walk to restaurants and the beach. Quick uber ride to old San Juan as well. Would recommend!

Cool boutique hotel in a quaint beach front neighborhood. Easy walking to several restaurants. Parking is a pain during the day but clears out at night. Quick drive to OSJ and SJU. Condado Beach is beautiful and watching the kite surfers was mesmerizing. We rented units 14/15 as a 2 BR apartment. It actually had 4 beds. 2 queens, a double in the kitchenette, and a single bed in the entryway of unit 14. Great for a couple and 2-3 kids or 2 couples.

Alex was an amazing host! From checkin all the way to checkout. He was very helpful and was there to answer any questions I had. The place was absolutely amazing. It looks exactly as the pictures and was absolutely beautiful. I loved the toiletries he provided for us. The private pool was amazing. I would definitely stay at his place again.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

Loved staying at Manuel’s! This was my third time visiting PR and I was so happy to find this gem of a place! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. It was very peaceful and nice to come back to after being out! I am definitely staying here again for our next visit if it is available and would recommend this stay to everyone

Just stayed here on my recent trip to Puerto Rico! And I have to say I really enjoyed the stay. The home was clean, the AC was amazing, and they provided towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, and mosquito repellents! We also appreciated the waters that were in the fridge as well. You do hear airplanes taking off late at night and early in the morning, but I did not mind it one bit. I definitely recommend this space to anyone!

Good location with lots to do in the surrounding area. Ubers were really easy to get, but if you don’t mind walking you can get to lots of popular spots in 30 minutes. This was just what my friend and I needed on our first trip to PR.

I cannot say enough great things about Amy and her hospitality. Her response time was excellent. She sent many great recommendations. The home was perfect and the extra accommodations were a pleasant surprise. For example, under the kitchen sink there was everything from suntan lotion to seasonings and even personal toiletry items. My husband and I felt right at home and will be renting from Amy again in the near future.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet in a quiet, peaceful area. It was easy to get around, and there were plenty of great cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood!

Great place to stay while visiting that part of the island.

Such a unique experience! I mean come on who has a cool jacuzzi room?! Giant tv you can watch from inside the hot tub! Beautiful robes and bath salts. We had a wonderful time. We needed a last minute cool place to stay during our trip and the hosts accommodated us last minute. They were so responsive and catered to everything we could possibly need. We are grateful.

we had a great stay very close to everything very clean and safe we were upset the hot tub wasn’t working we also came last year and it wasn’t working so we were bummed about that but that’s not you’re fault other wise would highly recommend

The location is perfect to walk down to the beach, out to dinner or lunch, or do some shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The bedroom bed was okay. Typical for a sofa bed, it was comfortable for my daughter to sleep corner to corner. She said the bars were uncomfortable if she slept the right way. The check-in and checkout process was unclear to me. Since the guard spoke broken English, I had trouble understanding what I was supposed to do. I had a car and it became more confusing. I’ve sent instructions to Fernando I hope will help. They were very helpful and responsive to our requests. I would stay again if I need a place in San Juan.

Had a great stay. The place is very clean and the complex felt very safe. Both the large community pool and the hot tub were very clean. The community pool was a little chilly so we didn't really use it. The hot tub we used frequently. It was warm but needed frequent rebooting and a few visits to get up to temp. Hosts were very responsive about this but hopefully it gets sorted as it was a frequent issue. Last day we were there a massive power outage occurred - made us happy to be at a large complex that had backup generators as we were not affected! Isla Verde beach was beautiful and a good mix of warm and mild waves for the kids. Short 5-10 min drive away. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.
