Very nice apartment, with access to the nearby beach club. There is a great swimming pool, and it is located by the sea. You can take surf lessons: the atmosphere is very relaxed and there are many restaurants and bars with delicious dishes and drinks. (Lots of healthy bites).

Ruben was so easy to work with and the location was perfect. An easy walk to restaurants, the beach and the market. His condo was quiet, the air conditioning was cold and the internet was great for remote work. We’d come Back in a minute

We loved staying at Blue Venao in this condo. The location was great, far enough away from the loud music that it was quiet at night. We had our 9 month old with us and the pool was perfect for him. The surf was a two min walk in the morning which made it very easy to trade off! The new playground was installed when we arrived and the new pool should be done soon enough. Highly suggest Blue Venao for families who love to surf!

The stay was very good, the apartment is very well equipped and with good Wi-Fi. Ron allowed us to stay one more hour at check-out. What we didn't like was that the elevator didn't work. We had to carry all our luggage down stairs.

We had a lovely time in Loft 9 in Pedasi. Upon booking we received very clear instructions of how to get to the property which is within a gated beach community. Everything is furnished nicely and they had everything you could need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, snorkel masks) and also had a play we used as bed for our baby... Very handy. Once at the property you can cook in the well equipped kitchen or go to Pedasi (10-15 minutes by car) or a nearby hotel (5 minutes by car). There aren't other options walking distance. The loft doesn't have sea view but the beach and the pool in the pictures is just meters away. You can also feel the sea breeze lying in a hammock in the terraces as it lies a little above the other lofts around. There is also BBQ equipment but we didn't have the opportunity to use it. Overall a pleasant stay and we would come back again.

This house feels like something out of a dream. Watching sunsets on the beach, right in the backyard, was an absolute highlight. The location is incredibly convenient, offering direct access to the peaceful, nature-filled side of Playa Venao. You can even check the surf break from the master bedroom and decide if it’s worth getting up for an early surf session. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and genuinely cozy, without the overly staged feel some rentals have. It truly felt like a home, and I hope to return again. The hosts were exceptional—unbelievably responsive and attentive. Anytime we needed something, they were there within minutes. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The outside area of the house was lovely with the pool, hammock and porch area. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked. The space was pet friendly and conveniently located for both driving and walking around Pedasi. It’s a beautiful, quiet space for rest and relaxation. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

It was more wonderful days that we were allowed to spend in David's house. We were there for 12 days,and with every day more the relaxation was felt! It is so good to be away from the hassle and purchase. Experience nature, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, watching the birds and squirrels in one of the hammocks,the mangoes and papayas mature on the trees, all in hammocks. I can decide to swim in the sea wonderfully,or in the pool? In everything you need, David will support you. Thanks David!!

This home in Playa Venao is stunning. It’s a quick 5 minute drive into town with restaurants, surf shops & easy to get to other sites close by. We felt so lucky to see a monkey climbing in the tree while we hung out by the pool. The house is gorgeous & the hosts were very accommodating and responsive about everything. Cannot wait to return!

The house is big, very good location in the village of Pedasi and was super clean, this is always important to me. The host was always attentive to my inquiries and gave me recommendations on the beaches and tour to Isla Iguana :) The only improvement comment would be that they explain better how to open the car gate, it cost us a little but then we found the trick.

Great place, as described. Everything new and very clean. Professional host, excellent experience. Hope to be back soon!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment, well-furnished. It is located close to the beach, with access to a nice pool and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. It is a nice location to relax, walk, swim and go surfing.

We loved our stay! Very comfortable accommodations and great location in Venao. The guidebook had tons of very helpful recommendations. And the kitchen wins hands down for the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever seen! Anything and everything needed to cook a nice meal. Only hiccup we encountered was a temporary internet outage which was overcome by going to Selina (hostel) co-work space. The host was a great communicator and super helpful throughout our stay. We hope to visit again!

I couldn't meet the hosts in person, but they were friendly at all times, communication was by chat. The apartment is nice, it has a good valcón, comfortable beds. the common areas of the condominium are really beautiful, it is worth staying there.

The apartment is as you see in the pictures, well located. The hosts were helpful, accommodating and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed there and it seems very good and recommended.

We were staying there with 2 couples and liked the place so much we extended our stay. The best view on the ocean, very clean and modern. Highly recommended!
