Amazing place. Inda is perfect host and the main thing, very helpful... Since my reservation we were in contact, Inda provided me some hot tips, gave same advices...The household is divided into two houses, both very interesting and well equipped and what is the best? totally great BBQ and very nice and green garden. Location is also great / 900 m to ALTAVISTA winery, 500 m to the bakery and shops, 700 m to very good restaurant /... .When i am gonna be in Mendoza again, this is my first choice.

Lucia was available all the time for whatever we needed, she gave us recommendations and was super friendly. The house is amazing with a dreamy patio. All the photos reflect the reality of the house, which is super comfortable for 10 people. Without a doubt, when I return, I will stay in this same place

I am an Italian winemaker and I chose Mendoza, one of the world's wine capitals, as a place to live and develop my business. I was looking for a quiet and private space, with a beautiful pool and many play options to enjoy a vacation with my son. Well… this was the place I dreamed of! We had a great time at Felipe's house, who was very kind in welcoming us and always attentive to any need during our stay. It was just the two of us, but the house is very spacious and has a spectacular gazebo, perfect for a good barbecue as a couple or with a large group of friends. In short, a 10, highly recommended. Grazie Felipe, greetings to the whole Italian family! 🇦🇷🍷🇮🇹

We had a great time staying here. The apartment is huge, a great backyard with privacy and a parilla grill. Close to great cafes and restaurants and also parque San Martin. The only thing I will mention is some of the fixtures are a bit outdated- the faucets and spigots being a bit of an issue. Only one of the showers had water pressure sufficient to bathe. Other than that we had a great time. Wasn’t an issue for us as we are two younger guys and not very high maintenance, a bigger family or older folks might see an issue. Overall we were very happy with the stay. Mendoza is a great town and this apartment was everything we needed and more!

I cannot say enough good things about Luz, Diego & Finca Terrada. Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed here for 3 nights. The villa is absolutely gorgeous - very serene and peaceful. Each of us had our own room and bathroom (the rooms are very large). There is a separate kitchen, living & dining room with a fireplace. We ended each of our evenings with wine by the fire, it was perfect. Luz was extremely helpful with local recommendations and arranging a private chef to cook dinner for us, as well as a local pizza delivery. There are also 2 dogs on the property - they are the most affectionate, well behaved pups! We used a local taxi service to take us to the Termas Cacheuta spa and Uber for dinner in Chacras de coria. Uber was very easy to order to the villa - just make sure you give yourself at least 10 minutes for the car to arrive.

Rodolfo and his family were extremely friendly and helpful! Gave loads of recommendations for things to do around Mendoza and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would totally recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and private area surrounded by nature.

Very nice apartment in Mendoza. The hostess Mercedes is very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need and the apartment is very quiet. We will definitely come back when we are in Mendoza. It really is highly recommended.

Mercedes and their entire team are excellent hosts, worried, give clear instructions, respond quickly and if in any doubt they can guide you. The house is spotless with everything you need. We had a great stay. 100% recommended.

With my friends, we had a fantastic stay at Martín's house! The space was clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The parilla and patio also were nice touches and it made it feel extra welcoming. Highly recommend it for a hassle-free, relaxing stay in Mendoza!

Magnificent stay. Quiet place, wonderful setting, close to everything, although you need a vehicle to get around the area. The host José was very helpful, super friendly and attentive to our needs. The house is very safe and comfortable. We'd go back a hundred times. An unforgettable vacation!

The house is small but cozy and you can use the park, the outdoor grill and the pool, which are beautiful. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. Mery treated us excellently, she was always very clear and kind when it came to helping us with anything we needed. She even left us breakfast, which speaks to what a good host she is. It is worth noting that the house is a guest house that shares common areas with Mery's house. Anyway, we always had privacy so it didn't cause us any problems. Thank you very much Mery, we will definitely be back!

I can’t recommend this place enough, nestled in the mountains with gorgeous scenery and lots to do (water sports, hiking and relaxing by the pool) Fernando and Soledad went above and beyond to accommodate our stay and couldn’t of been more helpful and welcoming 10/10

When I saw in the 3500 M2 publication of Parque, I was impressed. But when I saw it in person I fell in love with the place. The house is cute, has two floors, down the living room dining room with a large TV according to the place, a bathroom with a very large bathroom and a large shower with excellent water pressure, a very well equipped kitchen. The second floor has another smaller but complete bathroom and two rooms, a main one. She also has a rest with a bed, where my son slept. The park, is impressive, with a very nice and comfortable grill, a swimming pool just for when it's hot to cool off, the back of the pool boundary, is a beautiful park with quince trees, pomegranate, olive trees and they have a walnut, but it's shocking. Now I'm going to dedicate myself to Brenda, the truth was at all times that I needed her, she took care of me very well from when we arrived until we left. Thank you Brenda and Thank you Mariangel because she is making a great place available.

Lovely, spacious house in walking distance to the town, with a beautiful outdoor area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a special request that was very important to our family that was honoured with kindness and respect. The house has lots of room to spread out.

Great location for exploring Bodegas but you need a bike to get around comfortably as it’s a bit of a walk to town. Lovely pool and setting and overall a pleasant stay.
