Vacation rentals with lake access in Lapeer County

I was in town for a serious family matter and I needed a peaceful, comfortable, quite and homey resting place. This property was exactly that for me and my family. I so appreciate my time spent here. Thank you, Haley!

This is one of our favorite spots! I grew up in Clinton Township but moved to California and when we visit friends and family we love to stay here. The view off the lake is awesome, even in the winter. They have a binder with local recommendations if you’re not from around here, a guest book to add your name, and local touches everywhere. We will be staying here again!

Nice little space. This house would be perfect for a ice fishing trip or in the summer and play on the water.

We enjoyed a few days at Troy’s lake house. Contacted Troy about the Heat not being on but with a flip of a switch it warmed right up. Troy was very responsive during our stay. We will be back to enjoy in the warm weather!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely lake house! The space had everything we needed and was a cozy place to just relax and be with family. Watersedge on Lake St Clair was just what I needed. My adult children were able to come out and spend good times to eat out at Luigi’s. We went to Harsons island and it was just a wonderful time. We had everything we needed at the house. Hot tub woodburning stove, beautiful amenities.

Absolutely beautiful location. The house is exactly as described and Patrick was responsive to my communication within minutes. Totally stress free stay that lent to a spectacular trip to Harsen's Island. I would book this property again in a heartbeat.

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Maxine was absolutely amazing and a delight. The apartment was really cool and relaxing. It is my new home in Detroit when I go to visit. They were more than just hosts that had a place. Maxine makes you feel welcome and is a delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

Xinyi was very kind from the beginning and always replied to my messages quickly. The room was as expected, the apartment itself was clean and tidy. I'd return without hesitation! It was possible to park for free a couple meters away from the outside door.

Dixie, is an Amazing host. And has a Eye for design and detail. When's the last time you stayed in a place with a mineral shower? Not me and I've stayed in the best of the best and nothing has been as comfortable and clean as this cozy new age romantic retro Boutique. I'm 54 with fibromyalgia, OCD and husband has his issues. the bed was so comfy he never moved and I for the 1st time in years slept like a teenager. so soft and fresh. She put Alot of thought into ppls needs on every level. And the river so calming. The town is hidden gem . Just Gorgeous, with outstanding restaurants and shop's. If you love to ice skate bring them and a cozy blanket and coco to sit by the beautiful outdoor fire places threw out the city and park. We stayed 4 days , honestly didn't want to leave. As long as Dixie will have us we Will only stay with her when doing business in the area. Tonight we're in a 5 star hotel. I give it 2 after stay in Dixie's place. I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

House was clean and cozy. Heating and water temperature were nice. beds and linens were comfortable and the area wqs cozy. Only negative that I can really think of is the low water pressure, which can fallen anywhere and still worked fine. was a great stay and Dang was very attentive and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We came to town to meet with family and enjoy some time together. The house was super cozy and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of four. We had a utility issue upon arrival and one of the hosts was there in literally five minutes and got it resolved. Couldn’t have been happier with that. Nice little touches like snacks and coffee. Modern tech, thermostat, fast internet. Very quiet, very private neighborhood. It was cold when we were there, but I would bet this place is even more amazing in the summers. Highly recommended!

The breathtaking view of the lake was a highlight, but what truly stood out was the thought and care that went into making it feel like a home away from home. Quiet, Private and Safe neighborhood. Highly recommend. Joe was super nice and the property is amazing! The backyard was quite enjoyable. Lots of nature like blue and white heron and bunnies and chickadees. The view was amazing! Right against the water with a private dock. Lots of places to get food only a couple miles away. Plus Pine Knob is super close.

We really enjoyed the quiet location for a family visit over the holidays. Jeff was responsive when we encountered a plumbing issue and it was fixed very promptly! Will definitely stay there again when an occasion arises.
