Bernhard is fantastic! To start it off, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking at 1930 day-of after another AirBnb didn't match the description. Then, after already saving our trip, he was so kind and met us at his amazing house and gave us a personal tour complete with instructions for all appliances and the sauna. 10/10 hands down the best host we have ever had. If you feel like something is missing from the house, be sure to look arpund; its got everything! Then the house, it is immaculately cleaned and fantastic all around. During the tour he said that it was just remodeled and it shows. The house is beautifully decorated and he loves to repurpose items in creative new ways. The pictures are spot on, couldn't recommend this house or Bernhard more!

“Perfect chalet for a ski weekend! We had a great extended weekend with friends at this beautiful chalet near the slopes. The location was ideal – just a short distance to the ski resort which made our stay very comfortable. The house was cozy, well equipped and perfect for a group. Fantastic location, very clean and cozy home. The layout of the 3 floors is ideal for 10 persons. The view and the existing sauna complete the whole. I'd love to come back😊😊

We were 2 adults, 4 children and a dog was also there. There was enough room for all. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen equipment was great. The key handover worked perfectly and we got helpful tips. The ski lift is a short walk away. All in all it was a relaxing holiday 🙂

Jakob's big place is super cozy and there is something to marvel at in every corner. In the large garden you can barbecue and the surroundings are wonderful for hiking. Jakob is always quickly accessible and friendly. You feel very comfortable there and can enjoy relaxing evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom doors could be replaced or a new lock installed, otherwise you have to get a little creative. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had wonderful winter vacations here. The ski resorts are just a 30-minute drive away, which any winter sports enthusiast will appreciate. The apartment offers a magnificent view, and the complex features a pool and sauna where you can relax after a long day. The hosts are very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

The place was in a beautiful place in nature. The rooms were clean and as described. Clean and fragrant linens. The hosts were very welcoming. Excellent accessibility to the ski resorts of Flachau, Flachauwinkl and Zauchensee.

It was a great place overall. The kids had a lot of fun, and the house was comfortable, modern, and spacious. You had all you needed for a winter vacation with kids and winter sports. I will definitely come back.
