Claudine's gite is in a great location to explore the coast to east and west of Morlaix. There was plenty space for my wife and I, everything you could need in the kitchen. Worked well for our 2 night stay, and would great for longer too.

Extraordinary accommodation, everything is well thought out. Everyone was able to find special attention, for adults, teens and kids alike. A little extra for our athlete who participated in the UTCA. A big thank you! Tastefully decorated, a real museum. Book this accommodation without so much as a second thought.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is great, well located, 15 minutes from the city center of Paimpol and 10 minutes from the beach. It's cool, which is nice in summer!

We had a fantastic time at this place! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took a lot of time to welcome us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you feel right at home. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality: Our host provided us with great tips for things to do, restaurants and even cultural highlights of the region. Thanks to his insider recommendations, we were able to discover places we might have otherwise missed. If you are in the area, we highly recommend this place – we will definitely be happy to come back!

Very good hosting by Rénald who kindly offered us access to the accommodation earlier than expected. The accommodation is in a very good location, on the banks of the Leguer and near Lannion city center. The house is very well-equipped and nicely decorated. We had a pleasant stay, quiet. We would recommend it without moderation.

Very nice house where you feel good as soon as you enter and impeccably clean. Parking really nearby. Ideal and quiet location with all the quality shops next door. Jean Pierre is a very welcoming and available host. We'll be back with great pleasure especially since the area is very beautiful. Rental to be recommended.

We stayed in Katy's house, which is very nice, it is close to the pedestrian area. Parking is available on the street or in the public parking lot, which made our stay easier. The house is very well-equipped.

Excellent stay in Guingamp The house is beautiful, decorated with neatness and splendid character!! Absolutely the Valley of the Saints, the Pink Granite Coast...etc... the map available in the accommodation is essential to organize visits!! We had a very nice week in this pretty little house, well decorated, spacious and welcoming… Everything is provided, even coffee and laundry pods, all we had to do was unpack our bags! Special mention for the beautiful room in the attic… We did not use the patio because it is always quite cool but in case of high heat it must be pleasant… We'll be happy to go back!

I spent ten days in Valerie's home and it matches the photos and description in every way. I would add that: - Very comfortable chair, - everything is of high quality, cozy and welcoming, - good heating system, - well-insulated accommodation, - shower with top pressure and no temperature change, - clean, functional and well-equipped kitchen - great outdoor area - great location in the pretty village of Moncontour … Anyway, I recommend it and will definitely come back!
