I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Ryan was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The place was spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short drive from some stunning hiking trails, making it easy to enjoy nature. Whether you're an avid hiker or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this spot is ideal. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Homiest and coziest accomodations by far! Best place to unwind and recharge, comfy bed in a quiet, safe and serene neighborhood. Sparkling clean bathroom. Almost no noise transfer despite being attached to the main house. I felt very well taken care of - didnt want to leave!

Lovely tiny home. Matched description. Very clean and well appointed. Christine is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Great neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. 5 minute walk to Saxe Point entrance, then 5 minutes more you are at the water. Spectacular sunsets! Did not have car. About 5 minute walk to grocery store (and a liquor store). Same 5 minutes to bus stop for bus to Victoria Harbour.

Holly thought of everything right down to bandaids and safety pins in the bathroom cabinet. It was very quiet and extremely well equipped, particularly in the kitchen which had a selection of teas, herbs and spices along with every possible kitchen device. The gas hobs 'light themselves' - this needs to be explained as I'd bought a cigarette lighter, which turned out not to be necessary once Holly showed me how it worked. The directions to the place were confusing - the entrance is on the right, not on the left. Holly needs to amend her directions with a view to the visitor coming to the place, not someone already inside looking out. We spent a while trying to determine we were in the right place (it was night and the house number didn't show), which is stressful after a day's travel. That's a relatively minor point though - I'd highly recommend Holly's place to any visitors to Victoria. It's much superior to any hotel, comfy bed, quiet area - close to bus stop and Cook St. Village.

Attila's Sweet Suite was great accommodation, with a full kitchen and lots of space for two adults and a dog. We felt comfortable and relaxed there. The suite is in a quiet neighbourhood and is a short walk to beach access to Shawnigan Lake. Attila responded quickly to questions and was proactive considering our dog. It's a great place for anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our group of four adults and three kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous and full of thoughtful touches and the neighborhood was darling and near amenities- a grocery store, some quick restaurants and a Starbucks were nearby and the beach and a cute park were right down the road! Victoria was a short, convenient drive away. We could not have asked for a more lovely place to stay for our family trip, and look forward to staying again someday!

What a beautiful home in a lovely, private setting. The ocean is literally in your backyard. Our stay was as peaceful and quiet as we had hoped. Robert and Sarada are friendly hosts who accommodated our last minute trip with flexibility and helpful information. We would love to visit again~

Seymour was responsive and check-in was a breeze. We felt right at home in the tidy house with spacious rooms. The labels around the house were helpful and unobtrusive. Great location for tourists, and nature lovers. Shopping, dining and a lovely coffeeshop near by. Comfortable beds and linens. This was definitely the best Air B&B I’ve stayed in and hope to stay here again each time I return to the island.

This Airbnb was perfect! Just as the listing described, the oceanfront house had amazing views and all the amenities required. We would love to stay at Andrea’s place next time we visit the island!

I've hardly ever written a review for a rental, but I'm writing one for this house because it was really wonderful. We received nice, clear instructions on how to find the house plenty ahead of time. The house was perfectly clean, and all the furniture and kitchen items were in very good condition. The porch is very large and has a wonderful view, and one is right on the water on a perfect little pebble beach. We also liked the more general location very much; in particular the house is about 1.5 miles from the English Camp Park, which was very nice for a run.

We stayed a long weekend at Tess's place and enjoyed every minute of it. Located just outside of Sooke and close to multiple beaches, it was a great home base as we explored Vancouver Island. We cooked a few meals at the house with all the utensils and supplies we needed. Communication was super easy, as were her instructions for entry, check out and everything in between. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, very clean and modern. Loved the space and heated floors. Nice to do a cold plunge off the little beach area. It is far from any grocery stores (except a little local convenience store), but that's what we were going for, and if you want that then it is amazing. I'd come back again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay. It was really a comfortable space with a lot of amenities. There was tons of room to spread out and it felt like home.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable for our family of six. It’s conveniently close to numerous fantastic activities, with Fisherman’s Wharf just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. It is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

This was the perfect space for our family. The open layout and balcony were wonderful. The unit stayed cool on the hot days. The underground parking was very convenient. One note: It is definitely more suited for a couple than family. It is clearly advertised as a one bedroom, but the bed for the 5th person being a single mattress on the floor was a bit of a surprise.

Robert was a wonderful host with great suggestions for outings and shared his knowledge of the wildlife and area. The highlight for me was watching the family of sea otters fish in the ocean from the beautiful beach deck! We absolutely did not want to leave!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property perched on the ocean in Shirley, BC! The views of the Olympic Mountains from the premium hot tub were nothing short of breathtaking, especially when we spotted humpback whales at dusk on our first night—pure magic! The property itself at moments may feel more like a swanky international hotel with its backlit onyx kitchen and luxurious rain shower yet nestled in the rustic beauty of the coast. Our host, Robert, was incredibly kind and attentive, immediately offering his charging station for our car—a real relief. Highly recommend this place for an exceptional, premium coastal retreat close to Victoria!

A beautiful, very clean apartment in a wonderful location. The only wish would be is Air conditioning but large fans were provided and that was very nice
