Vacation rentals with a pool in Lancaster

Spent a week here in January as quick respite from city living and it was exactly what I needed. Quiet and secluded, but just a quick drive from restaurants and stores. The home was extremely clean and comfortable with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the summer to take advantage of the pool.

Great place to stay with a family, quiet neighborhood. The house is older but well kept, we would stay again if in the area.

The neighborhood was straight out of a Hallmark movie with the snow! Close to Hershey, groceries, and restaurants. Everything was clean and cozy! Tim was a great host!

I had such amazing and relaxing weekend! This place was super clean and neat. It is cozy. Megan provided everything I needed, plenty of towels and bed sheets . I love the stream in front of the house and of course the pool, it was hot and nice, just perfect . I did not even feel it is winter time. What an amazing thing just to get up and go for a swimming. The check in was easy and Megan replied real quick to any question. She is really helpful. I highly recommend this place. I’m definitely coming back.

Is a great house, very clean good area I would like to come back

Being a realtor and my husband an architectural designer our standards are high...this home exceeded our expectation. The floor plan was wonderful for a larger family like ours. Furnishings were well thought out for smaller children including the easy to use baby gates. Adequate space inside and out for plenty of fun for both adults and little ones. Of note, we had 6 children 7 y/o and below. View was spectacular. While you do sometimes see the train and always hear the train it did not take away from our ability to enjoy this airbnb and honestly for the most part it was a delight to the kids. Our family all being in the profession of real estate appreciated the overall construction of this home, definitely built with quality items and appears no expense was spared to allow for a very enjoyable vacation home.

The Red Door Retreat was the perfect back-drop for our girls’ weekend. It was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of places to relax with a cup of coffee. We didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities due to the weather, but we loved the hot tub! We felt perfectly at home and really enjoyed all the thoughtful, unique touches throughout the space (our favorite was the stone lady statue). Kyle was an amazing host; he was responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We cannot thank him enough or recommend Red Door Retreat more!!

Amazing home. It far exceeded any expectations we had. Immediately upon entrance, it felt like home. Very tastefully decorated for the season. Lots of blankets. Very clean. They anticipated literally everything, before we even thought about it. Anything you could need was available. Hot Tub was utterly perfect. One thing I always hate about travelling is pillows... they never seem to smell okay. The pillows here smelled delightful. So clean and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the games and theater room and played everything I think. Loved Charmin toilet paper being available. :-) It's the little things. I wish I would have read more about the history of the house and when it was built. There was a book there that probably had that information, but we ran out of time. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place was, but limited by characters. We stayed here for a cheer comp (instead of the Lodge). Perfect after a chaotic day. Will return next year, for sure. Thank you!
