I would definitely recommend this listing and its host Philippe. The setting is peaceful and only 25 minutes from Liège. Phillipe is very responsive and friendly, his instructions are accurate and helpful. The only missing reservation would be the bed linen. Other than that, it's a flawless one! Thank you Philippe

Jasper was fast to message back if we ever messaged him needing anything. He was flexible for us arriving to his house. The house itself was absolutely stunning and spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice. We felt right at home in the house. We would love to go back again to stay!

A beautiful, authentic stay with beautiful nature nearby. Perfect for large groups who want to get away and stay in a unique setting. We were well received in this great accommodation and it is certainly subject to repetition!

We had a beautiful time with our large family of 8 adults + 5 children. We did bring our own baby cots because they are not available. The rooms are big enough and there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen and dining space are also large enough. The house is located on a quite busy street but there are a lot of quiet and beautiful village streets nearby for long walks. There are plenty of games in the house and there is a fantastic garden! The kitchen may be a bit on the small side for a large group and the microwave/oven combi is not so easy to use for oven dishes. But those are very small points, in general we are very satisfied. Just look up when an additional tourist tax was requested via SMS after the payment/completion of the booking via Airbnb. It's more correct to list this right away, it was almost 100€ for a weekend anyway. In itself also no tripping point, we look back on a beautiful holiday.

We had a good time in Pailhe! It's a really nice property with great place to stay. With 12 adults and 8 children, we had enough space for time together, but also to retreat. The owners are very friendly and helpful and were able to respond to questions quickly and offer flexible solutions in case of problems. Thanks again 😊

This beautiful house is perfect for a stay with several multi-generational families. We were 8 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Everyone found their place, the two lounges being particularly advantageous in this configuration. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms spotless. A special mention for the large bathroom with a central bathtub in which our little tips had fun. The kitchen is very well-stocked, nothing is missing and the appliances are in perfect working order. The separate back kitchen is also very convenient with its second fridge freezer and space to store food or other items. We also really enjoyed the welcome basket and the bottle of cool "bubbles". Finally, we would like to thank Kristina for her proactivity and availability. In short, a great stay!

We had a great weekend in Leykaul with our group of friends, including families with children. Beautiful, spacious house, full of comforts and in a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

We were a larger group of friends with children and enjoyed the stay very much. The living and dining room area is very spacious and can be heated nicely by heaters and fireplace, the outdoor area offers great leisure opportunities (very large heated hot tub, hot tub, sauna, table tennis, large artificial grass area...), the kitchen is very well equipped and also the rooms are good. The contact with the host was very easy and everything was wonderfully straightforward. A few small things were not quite in shape (drains in the bathrooms smelled, slightly loose railings, doors creak partly, some slightly outdated items...) and I would have liked more pictures of the rooms and sanitary facilities when the display was displayed. In addition, the note would be great where the two separate bedrooms are located. We actually had to search a little longer. All in all but a highly recommended place to stay!

We were greeted by Angel and Harrie a lovely couple. The villa was heated and the lights and candles lit. Apples at our disposal and a nice bottle of Dutch wine was offered to us upon arrival. The villa was very clean. Following a small misunderstanding about the description of the villa's listing, the agency offered a solution that suited us perfectly. We had a lovely time with the family.

The house was in a great location. Within walking distance of the village. Ideal for a large group. Plenty of beds. 3 kitchens and a large living room and dining room. Large garden ideal for families. The hostess Elodie was excellent! She responds right away and is super friendly and flexible!

A stunning place to stay with a great location. This is a great place to spend time. Everything was as described in the listing and we would travel here again right away. Inge is a great host who can be reached at any time and can give great tips for things to do. All in all perfect!

Perfect, large and quiet villa with absolute top amenities. We were there with a group of 14 people and felt very comfortable and would travel there again at any time. Johan welcomed us superbly and showed us everything. The large garden with boule court, hot tub and swimming pool were absolutely top!

A beautiful home in a wonderful area of Belgium. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our granddaughter had so much fun playing with all the toys, and the adults enjoyed the games also. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a large couch in the living room, and many small amenities that make for a great stay. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful villa with pool. The place is spacious, very well maintained and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The kids loved enjoying the pool and outdoor areas. In addition, Ronald is very responsive and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect for a relaxing and exotic vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

My mother and I stayed at the villa in Sweikhuizen for a week. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and there was a welcome package ready for us. From here we explored the area and made trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Belgium. A good base. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are good. There is heated from two A/C'but when you set it to a fixed temperature, the temperature throughout the house is pleasant.

A smooth 10 out of 10. Cleanliness: Top Facilities: Top Host: Top Everything was just perfect. The owners were very easy to reach, very friendly and helpful. There's absolutely nothing to improve here.

We had a very nice stay for a weekend with some girls in the house of Anne-Kris. She was always very responsive and helpful when we had questions and gave us everything we needed for the weekend. Recommended!

We stayed for a few days and had the most relaxing time ever. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and had clear instructions on how things worked.
