Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

A really beautiful apartment in a stunning complex. The flat itself was perfect for us as a couple but also easily big enough for three or four, the bathroom is gorgeous, the bed is comfortable, and (unlike loads of other similar flats in South East Asia) you can actually use the well equipped kitchenette to cook a good meal from scratch. On top of this the building has a magnificent pool and gym which are great when you’re recovering from a day of sight seeing or working off the two extra bowls of Kao Soi you had for dinner. David and Songsri were amazing hosts, incredibly responsive and really accommodating when our plans changed slightly. It’s a great deal for an apartment that id expect to pay far more for. We’d have loved to stay for longer and we’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

The apartment owned by Mam is very nice, spacious and comfortable, in a good location, although in the downtown area, it is quiet to sleep at night. Only the living room and bathroom were not very clean when I arrived on the first day. Even with the opportunity, I would stay again. I recommend this apartment!

It was convenient because it was near Maya Mall. The guards were all friendly. It was nice to be able to use the washing machine, and it was nice to have simple tableware. I also liked the smart TV. There was some noise (airplanes, motorcycles, cars), but I had no problem sleeping. I had a nice stay. It was nice that all the guards kindly guided me.

Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

We loved our one month stay so much the first time that we extended our visit to two months this time around. Needless to say, we truly enjoy staying here. Everything is just so convenient. The apartment may be small, but it is well laid out. The amenities are high quality, and the bed, bedding, and furniture are all top-notch. The rooftop pool and gym are extra bonuses. The location is perfect for us, as we love peace and quiet but still want everything just a short stroll away. C9 Cafe, Bella Goose Cafe, and Choei Cafe & Bistro are all excellent nearby places for breakfast, brunch and more. We ended up walking all over Chiang Mai this time. It is such a wonderful experience. John and his staff are the best hosts—always responsive and friendly. The weekly cleaning service is fast and efficient.

I had a great stay at this condo. It is located very close to a main street with numerous shops and restaurants, but set back off a side road for quiet and privacy. As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable here. My fave space was the balcony!

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

Jeffrey’s place is truly an oasis with peaceful, quiet and beautiful surroundings, we felt at home immediately when arriving. The apartment is fantastic, it’s very bright, has high ceiling and open space which makes it so comfortable to even just stay home and relax. The kitchen is very well equipped with toaster, airfryer, rice cooker, microwave, pots, pans and all the basics for cooking your own food. I often find that many airbnbs doesn’t have enough kitchen utensils that makes it comfortable making your own food but here it’s well stacked. Last but not least, Jeffrey is a really welcoming and friendly host who always have fun stories to share. We also had some problems with a chair that was broken and he didn’t hesitate to help us exchange the chair immediately. Unfortunately we had to leave since the place was fully booked but we will be back. Thank you Jeffrey for an amazing stay!!

The apartment is located in the best area of the city, close to all entertainment, including chic restaurants and shopping and at the same time, it is very quiet. The building has a small gymnasium and a swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you need. Good quality mattress, pillows and linens. We had a great night's sleep. Thank you very much.

Condo is very nice and easy to find and come and out. The same as photos and descriptions. I want to recommend this house for other people

Robert's place is really perfect I truly recommand it! The infinite rooftop pool was amazing aslo for kids and the private balcony has also a really nice view we enjoyed it a lot. The appartment is well equiped with everything we needed like a babycot and plenty of towels. Also was very clean and nice, thank you Robert!

Loved our stay here- got beautiful views of the city and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Close to the night bazaar and easy to get taxis for longer distances. Xiyuan was very proactive in her communication and gave us clear check in instructions.

Great location with epic pool. Unfortunately, We got sick while staying here but the host was super understanding with our inability to complete extra cleaning prior to checking out. Great host and great place

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is spacious, very bright, and luxuriously furnished. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with soft, high-quality sheets, and everything was spotlessly clean. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The condominium is relatively new, well-maintained, and offers a luxurious experience. The pool is fantastic, and there’s also a fully equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. The location is excellent—just steps away from Maya Shopping Mall, making it very convenient. The only downside, which is common in this area, is the noise from airplanes, as they fly quite low over the city. If you're sensitive to noise, you might prefer another neighborhood. However, this wasn’t an issue for us—we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return! On top of that, the host was fantastic—very kind and communicative, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!

Great and aesthetic room, very comfortable and big bed, complete amenities (include bathtub😍). The only setback is that I got room on 4th floor and there’s no lift, so I had to carry my 20 kg x 2 luggage by stairs 😅
