The best airbnb host I have encountered thus far. She was very helpful and a lot of great recommendations of local places, the apartment was super clean and very entertaining. Lots of kids friendly games and the kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING you need. I give this place 6 stars.

We loved this apartment. Nicky was a fantastic host. She was communicative, kind and proactive. Everything was perfectly arranged. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment ja extremely quiet and peaceful despite being right on Marylebone High Street. The location is absolutely unbeatable for central London. Highly recommended - book without hesitation! We will be back for sure! Thank you Nicky and Anna.

Balham is a wonderful neighborhood and a great place to call home for the time we were visiting London. The use of public transportation was convenient for all of the major attractions. The flat was spotless, clean and up to date. Matched the pictures that were in the listing. We enjoyed being able to walk to the supermarket and grab food when needed. As a bonus, we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, some cookies, a bag of coffee, tea, and milk for the tea (a nice touch!). Highly recommend if you want a nice place out of Central London that feels like a nice neighborhood.

Amazing stay! Beautiful amenties as described. Westfield, Soho House, Circle and Central lines all a block away.

The house is 5 min walk to 2 different tube lines. Easy to get. Spacious and clean and Mark is very helping

Another great stay at Pre & Ken’s place. This was the second time we’ve visited and it doesn’t disappoint. Since our last visit new carpets have been laid upstairs and as a party of 9 we particularly enjoyed all the space there is and really felt relaxed and at home straight away. We were there for a 3 night stay, spending time in Northwood on the Friday evening and then in London Saturday and Sunday as the Metropolitan line is an easy 20 minute walk from the house. Pre was a fantastic and responsive host, making us feel at home and we’d thoroughly recommend staying here. All in all another great weekend - made even better this time by Newcastle winning the Carabao Cup! We hope to be back, either for football or for a relaxing stay at this great place. My whole family, 11 people, went and the house is very spacious! Very comfortable and comfortable! It makes you feel at home 😊 Petra is very friendly and immediately answers your questions. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. We are very happy to have stayed at your home, highly recommended ☺️

We had a fabulous stay in The Annexe. It is beautifully finished with absolutely everything you could need and more. Very very high spec, and in a wonderful location that feels peaceful and private. It is walking distance (literally 5 mins / 7 mins) to restaurants, train, bus, shops, lovely walks and parks. Laura was a great host - super responsive and helpful and sent us great recommendations before we travelled which allowed us to pre book restaurants for our stay. Would highly recommend The Annexe and we very definitely plan to visit again, it was super.

Daisy’s place was wonderful and beautiful! It was near food, shopping and transportation and was walkable. She was very accommodating with our early arrival and had sent very clear instructions and videos of where things were and what we needed to do. She even left us some milk and water to get us started until we could settle in and do our own shopping. We loved the place very much! Thanks, Daisy, for letting us use your beautiful house! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal spot from which to explore London and then relax in comfort. The local area has an assortment of pubs, cafes and restaurants, plenty to choose from. Caroline was proactive in recommendations and as a result we had a delicious meal and fab night in the Bolingbroke pub, a five minute walk from the house. We would love to return one day.

This was our home away from home for a family of five for two weeks while visiting friends and family around London. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie was incredibly helpful and responsive, we couldn’t ask for more in a host. The inclusion of some essentials was a lovely surprise and Debbie was flexible with our check in and check out times to accomodate flight changes and delays.

Staying in the Chapel was a very tranquil experience for us. The facilities were spot on and great quality. We slept wonderfully in the extremely comfy beds - I’m going to try to source the same pillows and mattress for us !! Roland’s communications were first class and everything we needed to know was clearly explained in the online instructions/manual. It was a nice touch having the washing machine and dishwasher pre-loaded with detergent etc. We will definitely return when visiting family in the future

Tina and Tee were fantastic hosts, always responsive and extremely accommodating! The apartment felt like home away from home, with spectacular views of London’s skyline. It’s location was perfect as the Underground station was only a 5 minute walk away. All in all, I had a lovely stay! Thanks Tina and Tee.

I used it for a family trip, and I'm very satisfied. The host (Arina) was very helpful with kind guidance and proactive responses. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient, and the accommodation was clean and well-equipped. In particular, it was convenient to use public transportation and I was able to go to central London comfortably with various means of transportation.

Really comfortable stay in a modern and inviting condo! Highly recommend if you're ok with being outside london with easy train access.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, Riz, the host, even bought new mattresses for the second bedroom. The location was ideal for our needs—close to public transport, restaurants and super markets. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful tips. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches and attention made us feel like a home away from home. If you are driving, the parking bay is the best you could ever dream of. Highly recommend this gem—I definitely recommend it!

Flat was great. Great to have a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Location was super convenient as well. Having the co-op next door was super handy. Cricklewood Station was a great connection point to get all over town. Train and bus service was fantastic. We saw a show at Wembley, and this was a great location to get to the stadium without being too close to the traffic. We’d certainly stay here again.

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!

Apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, bright, quiet and well located close to transportation and shopping. Check in/out was seamless. Communication with Noah was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
