We had a few hours but we felt very comfortable! The guys were quick to respond and were always very accommodating. The house is super comfortable and all rooms have air-conditioning. It was very easy to check in and out. There was peace of mind and security. Shopping Mariano was only a few blocks away. We'll definitely be back.

Extremely large, clean and complete apartment with a privileged view of the Lopez Palace, in the heart of Asunción with virtually all the main sights nearby. Good and proactive people host! I highly recommend it.

The place is very nice, it's exactly what you see in the photos. The location is very good and it is a very quiet and above all safe area, the beds are very comfortable, all the rooms have air conditioning that works perfectly, the kitchen is fully equipped as is the grill, it is a place that is really worth it. I had a very nice weekend, 10/10. P.S. We went with 2 vans and parked them in front of the house, I repeat the area is safe and nice.

I had a great stay at Guille's house. It's located in a beautiful lush neighborhood walkable to many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Guille was great with communication and always there to help. The home is even bigger than the photos indicate - so much space! Air conditioning and water pressure/heat were very good. My flight arrived and departed late in the evening and this wasn't an issue for check-in/out. Recommended!

Third time we have stayed in this house. It is very comfortable and spacious. Near to supermarkets, shopping, restaurant. Ideal to come with kids. We always came to see the family, and the spaces that the house has are ideal for sharing either indoors or outdoors. Vicente(the caretaker) is very friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed.

From the moment we made the reservation Sergio was attentive to us, the truth that we passed it from in the house and enjoyed refreshing evenings in the pool, thank you very much for the attention .. A 10 in everything

The house is comfortable and has a beautiful patio. It is located very close to the airport and 10 minutes away from the main shoppings. Jose communicates very clearly and is always available to solve any difficulties

During the month we were in Asunción we felt at home in this apartment, especially we loved the pool. Valentín was the best host we have ever had!

I worked remotely from here for one month while exploring Asuncion. Overall, it was a good experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and close to the historic center. The building is a little older and the common areas could be maintained a little better (the front door especially was hard to unlock/open). It may have been bad luck, but there was one half day without electricity and one day where I had no water from 9-6 (plus a few brief 1-2 hour cuts to the water service). The unit has most of the basics for cooking very simple meals.

Enjoyed our stay in Asuncion. The apartment had everything we needed.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

My stay at Ricardo's apartment was excellent. Communication with him was very good at all times. He was on time both to meet me at the apartment and to pick up the keys at the end of the stay. He even helped me carry my bags, which was a very kind gesture. A big plus is that Ricardo speaks English in a communicative way, which made communication much easier. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The area was quiet, which was important to me. In addition, the apartment has access to a common laundry room, which was a big plus. Overall, everything was in order and my experience was very good. I recommend Ricardo as a host.
