This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

A short 24-hour stopover, the place is beautiful. Restful, peaceful... Everything was perfect, we were able to access the apartment before time. The view is breathtaking 🤩🤩

Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

We have never regretted choosing a place to stay. The apartment was beautiful,clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace is something incredible,one minus,there was a construction site nearby,with the doors open, it was noisy,but,it was a couple of times noisy,but so,everything was perfect. Everything seemed new,clean and incredibly fresh.

We spent a stay in winter for several weeks in the house with our 2 dogs. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The hostess welcomed us personally. The view of the sea from the panoramic window was breathtaking. Watching the morning sunrise from the window was fantastic. In a few minutes' walk, you can be at the beautiful coastal promenade of Punta Negra. The very friendly hosts were always on hand when we needed something. Thanks to Veronique and Basil We will definitely be back.

Aitor is a very kind, attentive, and generous host. Our son enjoyed staying at the house as there was so much for a 3,5 years old to explore. We loved the sea view in the morning during breakfast and a relaxing afternoon by the pool that was safe enough for our son. Aitor made sure that we had everything we needed which was fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

The house is a wonderful, good location in a quiet area, close to the city by car. Everything was very clean and José Luis was super friendly and always attentive. We would repeat for sure!

Just returned from a 5 week stay at this fabulous clean apartment. It looked exactly like the photographs. The apartment is in a peaceful setting with a lovely outlook, but only 10 minutes walk to the tram station which takes you all the way up to Denia or down to Alicante, so is very convenient. The bars and restaurants were just a few minutes past the tram station. We loved exploring all the towns along the tram line. We brought our golf clubs and played at numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. Great communication from the host after booking the apartment until after checking out. We loved our stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Don't have any negative comments. Thanks very much.

Repeat stay with Marta Y Roberto, apartment all in good order as expected, we like location as walk to town/beach/mountain also have car to travel out to other towns, we will visit again.

Nice stay, the apartment looks just like on the photos. The location so close to the beach is just perfect. Natalia was very proactive and helpful in her communication. When we had a question she responded almost immediately even if it was already late.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

Super nice apartment building with all the luxury you also have in a hotel. Communication with Jorge is good, he sends all the necessary information well in advance. Tip: Do not rent a large car due to the small parking space in the parking garage.

Lovely well-functioning apartment (2nd floor) with great views and balcony with everything you need (including real duvets and electric kettle - definitely not something you will find everywhere in Spain). J&G are great hosts - responsive and helpful. Here we could relax and just enjoy the holiday, thank you so much. We hope to come again.

A great option to get to know Xàbia. The apartment is small but has everything you need to spend a few days. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has all the utensils that may be needed. The top floor is all renovated and the house is very tastefully decorated. In addition, Vladi gives very clear instructions and is very helpful and friendly. The truth is that everything as a whole is perfect.

Super friendly hosts that are extremely responsive to any questions. We felt right at home at this beautiful place with an amazing view over the ocean! We definitely recommend the place and would come back again! Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance! All perfect!
