Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lakka

Fantastic location up in hills of Chlomos, amazing views, but you need a car, which Aimonas helped organise. Driving up and down the hill and through the village is an exciting experience! The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Balis Taverna hosting by George is a few steps away, always providing a warm welcome and great food. No food shops in the village but Masoutis supermarket is 20 minutes away. Beautiful, sandy, long beaches are Issos only 10 minutes drive and even quieter is Halikounas. The Governor Olive Oil Mill is worth a visit, the half day tour was good value at €16 pp. Thank you for a sunny, relaxing and enjoyable stay at Chlomos. Susi and John

One of the best air b n b's we've ever stayed in. Very private with beautiful and big outside area - stunning pool cleaned by Olga's father. Gorgeous views and well located in the centre of the island so only ever 10-15 minutes to get anywhere on the island. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Olga was very responsive, gave great recommendations and was very kind. If you are considering staying in Paxos, definitely book Olga's, you won't regret it! We booked a buggy through Efi (Olga recommended him), it worked very well as the road to the villa is unmade, so I would recommend this option. 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The host is lovely and available. The accommodation is welcoming and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the village of Chlomos is very cute. We highly recommend this accommodation for a typical Corfu stay and in the calm of this village.

First of all I want to say that the pictures reflect exactly the reality. The home and yard are overly tidy and clean. If you are a lover of sunsets in the sea and tranquility, you will be enthusiastic. The beach in front of the house is sandy and the water is ideal for children, very warm, quiet and small (100 m from the shore does not exceed the head level). The adjoining house is quite a distance away, therefore to respect the silence at noon and after 23 you will have to limit the noise. We always enjoyed being visited by friends for a barbecue or a glass of wine. This IS NOT ALLOWED HERE and may create a nuisance. Overall we had very good communication with the host. The microwave doesn't work well and it was changed immediately I recommend the oil produced by Georgios. I received a very tasty mousse cooked by Rania. The free boat ride offered by G was pleasant. and full of interesting information. Very friendly attitude

Our stay was nice. The highlight is the beautiful garden with many opportunities to relax or even for children to play. There is also a nice barbecue area for use. Angelika is a very nice lady who takes care of the well-being of the guests. The apartment is a bit small but very clean. We had a great time. Thank you

Very nice apartment with countryside and sea view, clean, well equipped, beautiful terrace. Natalie is very reserved and does her best to respond to the requests of the tenants, with kindness. The value for money is good, and I would recommend this rental, subject to settling the question in advance of the journey from the port to the house. You have to dismiss the idea of doing it on foot (especially with suitcases). And yet in September, we had no taxis or renters available at the port. Fortunately , Nathalie could bring us, and even found a renter with a small vehicle.

The property was lovely, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. All the amenities were there as stated. Christos was very responsive and always there to answer any questions

Perfect place for a family with kids. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this to everyone! George was a wonderful host, very helpful. The house had everything you need and Messogi and is great too!

I had a great stay with Konstantino! The apartment is the perfect size and soooo clean. He left some treats for me upon arrival, fresh goods from the region. Such a nice gesture, greek hospitality is unmatched! The location is great to explore the entire region, but you definitely need a rental car. I was like 40 minutes away from home when my phone died and so I had no gps. But if you follow the signs that point to Agios Mattheos, it will bring you right back to the airbnb. Very easy navigation. Nice tavernas in town and even a little market to stock up on supplies to bring to the beach. I loved it, thanks so much

Kostas and Theodosia are super attentive and friendly hosts, always available to meet our requests. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need, as well as a beautiful view; the sea is a short walk away, a small beach where you can enjoy peace and tranquility. The presence of the bar (managed by the owners) also allows you to enjoy a coffee/snack/drink in front of the sea. Highly recommend!!! a big hug to Theodosia and Kostas

Great host, very helpful and responsive to our questions. We were looking for a place where we can feel at home and cook whenever we like or go to grab a bite outside. Perfect for both. The place is on a walkable distance from Bela Vraka Beach and very close to the harbour where you can rent a boat.

Katja was the best host and so kind and helpful, her home is lovely and so peaceful. Katja and her mother left us delicious homemade food too, and posted a t-shirt home to us which we forgot. she also gave us so many recommendations and advice which we really appreciated. We felt really at home here and it was the perfect space to explore the island from. Local area is beautiful. You should definitely stay here!

Apartment in a Mediterranean- style villa, ground floor. Both the apartment and the surroundings are gorgeous and you have a great view. In the middle of an olive tree Forrest, very calm and quiet, 15 minutes walk to the city center (if you are up to climbing a small hill) or 5 minutes by car. Very beautiful design, kitchen fully equipped, mosquito net in windows, even beach towels were available. What made this stay even better was Tessy, our host. Incredibly kind, responsive and proactive, she welcomed us with an earlier check in, show us around, gave us recommendations in the island and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you for everything 💛

A very nice and clean place to say. The messonghi beach is very near (sand beach) which was very convenient and easy to get to.

Franca, Ernesta's mother is the spirit, the soul and the light of the house. A true Italian: friendly, sincere, great heart and very hard working. The place is exceeding the photos: extremely clean, very stylish decorated, modern kitchen, very well equipped and 4 min walking away from the port. The place is having even a small library with books in 3 languages. Perfect white towels and bedsheets, 2 small terraces outside under the shadow of the trees. Franca has also a very nice fresh fish restaurant in the port, a very good position, but apart from the position, the food is totally amazing, the plating as well, even hot focacia they serve you. The personnel is very friendly and Franca is always among the customers: paying attention to all of them and introducing herself, making people feel comfortable and warm. The prices are more than fair. Give it a try,you will never regret it. For us, Franca's place is our next vacation for next year. France, we are lucky to have met you. Grazie

The house is perfectly clean, well maintained and tasteful somehow furnished.. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It was peaceful so we slept really well. We were in the middle of nature with the fruit trees. It had an excellent sea view , ships and forest views in the harbor. It was extremely charming. And we watched the magnificent sunset in the afternoon. Great price-performance. Also the host was very friendly, helpful and hospitable, he took great care of us! Thank you!! :)) We will be back next year! 😊 I highly recommend this house. Truly Exceptional! ..

We had a fantastic stay in Corfu at ‘Pecka’s House by the river’. From before arrival, the hosts were in contact with very clear directions for making our way to the apartment & to meet for checking in. We did so with complete ease. Once in the apartment, we were delighted with it. It is such a clean, comfortable place & well equipped with everything you might need or want during your stay. Well functioning air conditioning made for a pleasant environment during warm summer nights. We especially enjoyed using the balcony in the evening for dinner. The location is superb. Being in a countryside lane, it’s very quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday & yet so close to a great beach (Marathias - a sandy beach with shallow & gentle waters serviced with good quality, reasonably priced sunbeds). We measured it to be 3 minutes walk away with a choice of beach bars & restaurants close by. We particularly liked FishEye restaurant for local fresh fish cuisine. We highly recommend this stay

We agree with other reviews and very happy to recomend this lovely, spacious, homely appartment. Very well equipped. Three comfy bedrooms. Two smart modern bathrooms. We loved sitting with a drink (or breakfast) on the large balcony with fabulous sea views. Second floor appartment so lots of steps down to pool/beach/ village. I think most people would agree the views are worth it. We saw amazing sunrises, and moon rise. Messonghi is a friendly and relaxed village. The appartment has an elevated positon at edge of village, very close to beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM and bus stops. We took the bus to Corfu town and also to long sandy Issos beach at Aghios Georgios. We also enjoyed a half day boat trip from Messonghi. We had great meals at different restaurants every night. My favourite was tender grilled octopus at To Meraki on the beach. The two supermarkets sell everything - clothes, beach stuff, gifts - and the bakery is excellent. Enoy your stay.

Nikolaos is a very good host,although we haven't met in person, it's like I've known him for a long time. Recommended hiking places,restaurants, beaches, places to see locally and further afield,shopping opportunities. The city is a very good starting point, with a sandy beach, with a lot to see in the area. Everything in the listing is as described. Comfortable, separate two room with air conditioning, shutters, mosquito nets on the patio doors,a large terrace on the street where you can be part of the "Greek life",a large kitchen with everything,a large bathroom,and everything is very clean. We were by car, it was easy for us to roam. Lefkada is also a 2 hour drive,Corfu 2 hours by ferry,Parga,Sivota, Achareon river.... Oh,and there are few tourists because they go to Corfu, Parga,only there everything costs much more and is crowded. Very good. Go who can!!! Have a car or motorcycle with you. Very nice place between the high mountains and the sea. Thanks Nikolaos!

The apartment is as advertised on Airbnb: there's everything you need for a comfortable stay, perfectly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved to take our breakfast and lunch on patio 💖. The location is perfect because it is close to food markets and restaurants. Spyros and his family are the best hosts I 've ever met: always available, they welcomed us warmly , making us feel like at home. This is something that you can discover only if you decide to stay there for your vacations 💖 Thanks Spyros 🙏

Nice Flat in a beutiful village

Incredibly beautiful villa, large, bright and cozy!!! There is everything you need and everything is functioning. We felt like at home. The villa is located in a quiet, lovely fishing village. There are few tourists, so the village has retained the true charm of the island. The residents are very friendly and nice. In the morning you can buy freshly caught fish right at the seaport. On the coast there are taverns where you can taste delicious food and have a nice time. The smal public beach is within walking distance from the villa. You also can easily reach the lovely Panorama Taverna with its own beautiful beach which is surrounded in greenery, olive and banana trees. From the village there is public transportation to Corfu twice a day on weekdays. But what impressed me most of all were the owners of the villa!!! They are wonderful people, incredibly kind and and helpful!!! They are amazing and very hospitable! They helped us with everything! They made our vacation unforgettable!!!
