This place was beautiful. Very secluded and private. Back outdoor space was magical. There were a lot of deers that came to greet us. Property itself is very well taken care of. It was a spacious property with beautiful balconies that overlooked the backyard. House is stocked well with everything that you need. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to get away and relax with nature.

This location was perfect and beautiful! Very affordable for the area! Such sweet kind responsive hosts! The home was well stocked and very clean! Very spacious home we slept 9 very comfortably!

10 out of 10 for this property! This was a last-minute booking for us as we had to change from the previously booked location. This exceeded our expectations! Clean. Comfortable. Stocked. Working hot tub. Gas fire pit. Wood firepit. Great handyman around restocking propane tanks and there to handle anything needed! Plus a Pacman table! We will be back to relax on the great porch and relax! If I have one piece of advice....make sure to bring a HDMI cord for the TV to connect your own device. We had one so it worked well! Absolutely Perfect Stay! Melinda is truly an amazing host! From the start, her communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house has fantastic amenities and a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the accessories we needed to cook delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home, Melinda’s place is the perfect choice. She’s definitely a super host!

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The king bed was so so comfortable and cozy. Lots of space for gathering. The backyard was so cool. We loved it. And my kids loved seeing the deer run around every morning. It is so beautiful!! We love Canyon Lake and have stayed at different airbnb's here. This was a GREAT location. If you're new to the Canyon Lake area, Granny D's is a must !!! Their giant pancakes are amazing!

Great place for the wife and I to get away for a short weekend. Loved the view from back porch drinking our coffee over looking the hill country. Very clean place great views. Wife loved watching deer roam all over the neighborhood.

Was great nights sleep. All the needs for a stay over. Views were beautiful. Is the sort of place you really need curl up by river and read. Unfortunately, we were booked solid and did not have time to sit out near water and enjoy.

This is a great spot for any San Antonio trips! We came for BMT graduation and were less than 20 mins away. There was a super cute restaurant within walking distance and then a speakeasy, breakfast place and “local provisions” shop less than a 3 minute drive. It was clean, had a full kitchen, and lots of spare linens for us who need to feel cozy. Sandy was also a great host, she was quick to respond and even provided a highchair for our little when we asked last minute. This was such a great find, and the host was 10/10!

The location was fantastic, everything was clean and set in order. The owner was kind enough to leave a welcome note. It was quiet and peaceful and I was able to enjoy my time in the area because of the experience I had at the Airbnb. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Perfect in every way I thought it would be. Stayed for a month with my boyfriend and two small dogs, felt right at home and cozy. Arrived to a clean home with helpful instructions on the fridge, as well as all the things you’d need to cook a hearty meal in a well equipped kitchen. Newer appliances and no issues. Loved the lighting near the front door and over the table in the dining area, also loved the screen doors for each door. The upper patio view? Beautiful and perfect, especially beautiful waking up to a sunrise and seeing the lake in the background. All amenities worked, host was communicative, any issue/request was promptly handled and with care. Would recommend and would stay again, lovely home and hope that it continues to be taken care of. Private area and will need a vehicle to get around as an fyi. Thanks again for hosting us! 🩵

The Texan’s airbnb was perfect for us! It was located in a great part of the city and we could easily walk to many cool bars and restaurants. The Texan was also very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Carriage House exuded tranquility and serenity. Following a lengthy journey, we eagerly sought refuge in the inviting living space and cozy bedroom. The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, cozy, newer home. It is conveniently located near Whitewater Amphitheater where we attended a concert . It has everything you need and the hosts were very responsive.

Love the place, we took our family and we had an amazing time! We felt so good plus April was so nice and responded all our question! Thank you ❤️

Had a wonderful stay! Will definitely book again

Stayed with family and a dog; even had friends over. The place is very cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and convenient. The hot tub made the chilly December evenings very pleasant. We visited during Christmas, so stores were closed. But we brought our own food and the kitchen was well equipped enough to cook it. There were both gas and charcoal grills on the patio. Charles is a caring and very responsive host. It's a short walk to Canyon Lake; sadly it was too low for kayaking but one was available just in case. Would be nice to revisit when it's warm and the lake is back to normal levels.

Wonderful place with plenty of room for the entire extended family! Loved the view, location was close to anything you needed, games were super fun, had lots of great laughs with the family! Great place, we will be back!

The place was very peaceful and a great place to stay the beautiful scenery was a plus. The deer actually showed up early in the morning and were so beautiful to look at such as wonderful experience indeed. The home was ADA friendly which was a perk for someone with a walker / cane not sure of a wheelchair for the bathrooms as I don’t recall seeing a silver handle but I appreciated that I could be able to enjoy walking into the property with out issues as a person with mobility difficulties.

Felt right at home. ☺️ Had all kitchen essentials for cooking. Liked that there was a washer and dryer since we did enjoy a trip to the river. The patio chairs on front porch were very comfortable. I like the privacy of having our own separate space even with other rentals on site around us. All in all a great location for being able to access the park or river. Definitely would rent this place again.
