Absolutely beautiful home! I was comfortable and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. A short drive to literally anything needed. My dogs enjoyed the spacious fenced in yard!! I hope to make a return trip to Barri’s place next year.

The cottage had everything we needed for a great stay. It was very spacious inside and in close proximity to many local attractions and downtown. The backyard was fully enclosed by fences and with a bamboo forest, perfect for our dog. Alexandra was responsive and understanding of our situation. I would recommend staying here for the reasons above.

A very well equipped, pretty little place that was quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the unique pieces and decorations in the home. Everything was pristine clean. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

We stayed here while visiting family and couldn't have picked a better home! Our 3 sons and 2 dogs absolutely loved the space in the backyard and we appreciated the secure fence. There were several comfy dog beds and plenty of space for the kiddos to play inside during the time it rained. The home was clean and very well stocked. Cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra toiletries! All appliances were in great working order. Morgan was incredibly responsive when we had questions and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I would highly recommend to families traveling to the area! You won't be disappointed!!

The house was lovely. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay as we had not yet been to Fort Mill. The house was located close to many wonderful restaurants and breweries. We would definitely return for another visit.

One of my favorite stays so far. The condo is so cute and I love the decor. For a few days I felt like an uptown girl living in chic urban studio. The surrounding area is beautiful and walkable, and the free parking spot was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Suzanne’s place! It was stunningly beautiful and so comfortably outfitted. She was very communicative and so welcoming. We enjoyed meeting her and the 4-footed friends on the property. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing place to stay in the Ballantyne area of CLT. I came here for a medical conference, did not want to stay at the hotel, and also wanted to bring my dog. D&S AirBNB was the perfect place! Dave was extremely responsive to any questions. The place was superb! Loved the fact there were dog toys, treats, and even a small dog bed. The place is impeccable, easy to find, close to many places, and Dave keeps a binder by the front door with recommendations, maps, etc. Would defintiely book here again if I have another conference or reason to come to CLT.

This was such a beautiful property, just like the pictured if not better. Ranin was super nice and responsive and even let me check in earlier than the check-in time. This place is in a good location for night life and restaurants and like 10 mins drive from CLT airport. There were no trash bags in the kitchen, i sent him a msg telling him I’ll grab them from the store, he replied immediately like nope i just ordered them on amazon prime it should be there in a few hours and boom it got delivered just like that!

Excellent location if you are attending a function at Wake Forest. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to Reynolda Village. Excellent value from a thoughtful host who provided muffins, coffee and other drinks.

Easy place to find, plenty of parking in a wide gravel lot big enough to handle a pickup with a hauling trailer. Self check-in is also simple, just make sure you tap the door keypad first to get the unit to light up then you punch in the given code followed by the # button. You can park directly in front of the yard gate for easy unloading. If you are traveling with a dog it is completely fenced in. Nice covered front porch for relaxing. Unit is as pictured. It's a cute no-frills tiny cabin and is a better value than a hotel room for privacy. Wifi comes from the house on the hill above you, it averaged about 2 bars and was fast. Verizon phone service averaged 1 bar. If you are noise sensitive be aware that the wall a/c unit is directly above the bed, and being next to Hwy 74 you will hear every vehicle that goes by. Nice host (won't bother you unless you need help), well kept clean place. Recommended stay if you just need somewhere simple to lay your head. A win!

Sweet guest cottage in the mountains. Theme decor is very welcoming and comfortable. Gives rustic chic vibes. Feels spacious. Sofa bed linens and mattress pad made for a v comfortable place to sleep. Two bathrooms and ample hot water and towels. Up a steep hill, choose the one minute longer route up Possum vs Sunset road and it is not as twisty and steep. Probably not a walk to town kind of place due to the hillside perch but close enough that you wont mind the quick drive. We saw deer, bunnies and a bear in the neighborhood. Thoughtful host, lots of nice little touches (S'MORES!!!!).

I was extremely grateful to have found Vanessa's listing when we had a tree fall on my home. Having somewhere local and affordable for my whole family to stay while waiting for power to be restored was so helpful. We were even able to bring the dog. Vanessa was a pleasure and helpful when needed. The kitchen was stocked with what is needed to cook a full meal and it feels very cozy and home like in the whole place. The toys in the playroom were a huge hit with my kiddo! Vanessa even held onto a stuffed animal we left behind for us until we were able to get him back. We hope to book again for when we have family visit from out of town. It really is the perfect setup.

Lovely home in an awesome location. Perfect for our weekend stay in Charlotte. Quiet neighborhood but still close to lots of restaurant options. Definitely recommend!

Felt like home with all the amenities. Close to ski slope and also to grocery store. Made sure they put salt on steps so we would not slip.

Our stay at Diane’s cozy spot on Lake Norman was the perfect experience for a mother/daughter/sister 2 night stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful mid October and the full moon put on a show on the lake. Diane was attentive, quick to respond (we had no issues) when I had questions and our space was clean, well stocked and furnished.

We had a great one night stay at Bee Happy! The place is exactly as described and pictured. We typically stay in hotels with our 3 dogs on road trips but Bee Happy was such a nice alternative! The dogs were happy to have a fenced in area after a long car ride. The space was comfortable and clean with small touches that made it feel like we were at home. Snacks, drinks, blankets, dog treats and even the bee stamp on the toilet paper makes this place 5+ stars. We will definitely be returning on our next road trip. Communication was great with the hosts.
