Tranquil Bay Creek Home: The Ideal location for all of your Madison Adventures ZTRHP1-2020-00049 Enjoy the very best of Madison from my comfortable, ideally situated home. You will enjoy off-street parking, locked storage for your bicycles and even sometimes eggs courtesy of my hens. (Update- retired my girls and hoping for new chicks soon.) *I adhere to all recommended cleaning/sanitizing protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. I keep the house unrented for 3 to 5 days between guest stays.

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, kayak/paddleboard, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon for an additional fee.
