Quiet Getaway 10 Min. to Magnolia and Baylor

MakalaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a great location for my family that was visiting my Baylor University daughter and a younger daughter's volleyball tournament. So the location was great since we were going to multiple places. the neighborhood was good and quiet at night. The house was excellent with all the amenities we need. The house was very accessible with my older parents as well as comfy for teenage daughters. Will definitely keep this place in my books for future rentals when back in Waco!

A great location, close to everywhere we needed to go. The house is cozy and comfortable. The beds were perfect for all of us. The one thing I would note is the outside traffic is really loud but it slowed down around 10 pm. Overall a great place to stay very clean and comfortable! Home was decorated so beautifully for the holidays, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Cookies were waiting for us so delicious, what a special treat!

Green Door Lofts-Waco Rose - Silos/Downtown

JenRating, 5 stars6 months ago
From the moment we arrived at the Green Door Lofts, we felt at home. We stayed in the Waco Rose loft. It was equipped with everything we needed. Jim even made sure there were extra toothbrushes and toiletries, just in case we forgot something. He met us upon arrival and gave us recommendations for local restaurants, showed us around the property, and pointed out local landmarks. The loft was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had a water cooler and icemaker, which made the stay even more comfortable. The attached parking garage was also a huge plus! On our next return visit to Waco, we will definitely be staying at the Green Door lofts again!

Stay in the heart of Downtown Waco!

DaphyneRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This property was perfect for a sister weekend getaway from Dallas. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location made walking to restaurants, the Silos and a cool bookstore very convenient. The listing exactly depicts the details of the condo. One of my favorite features was the powerful ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The place was very clean and inviting. I would recommend this property and would book again if I planned to visit Waco again.

Great Location! Lots of space for a group or family. Only thing to note is that it is above a bar/club so you can hear music at night from the master bedroom so if you’re a light sleeper that might bother you.

Historic Warehouse Loft in Downtown Waco "DeLoft"

ErinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a prime location for a relaxing weekend of Waco life (we were not there for Baylor related visit, though it’s definitely not far at all—a few minutes!) where we easily walked to tasty food, shopping, etc. The loft building is great with easy access to parking and a very clean building. It is nearby to a railroad, and earplugs were provided, but we did not use them ONCE. It was excellent. Just a perfect place to relax after a day of fun. As book lovers, we LOVED being an extremely short walk away from Fabled, and a 5 minute walk away from Ninfa’s! There’s so much around you to do (including Dr Pepper museum) that I’d literally a block away. Just the most perfect location and a VERY tidy/clean place to stay. Utensils are available, but limited, so if you plan on staying for extended times and cooking, bring specific seasonings and utensils that may not be generally available. We didn’t cook, but did notice we’d bring (or purchase) things for a future visit.
A spacious living area showcases a light-colored sectional sofa accentuated by decorative pillows. Natural light filters through the sliding glass doors, which lead to an outdoor space. A small side table, a potted plant, and an area rug enhance the inviting atmosphere.
