What a fantastic place on lake Sammamish! Beautiful and relaxing right on the water and super comfortable. Minutes away from shops and Microsoft offices. Kate and Tim have a great place and are super welcoming and great at communicating and making you feel welcome and at home. We experienced a once and a lifetime storm (cyclone bomb) that took out the electric in King County for a few days, Kate and Tim were super helpful and made sure we were safe and comfortable. Kate and Tim introduced us to the neighbors and the community was super helpful in this unusual event. We will most definitely come back! And I would recommend the property, location and hosts to anyone! Thanks Kate and Tim!

Ron’s house was perfect for our large family, with ages ranging from 2 years to 85 years. Dog friendly, with an enclosed/fully fenced doggie area that made it easy for going potty, even when it was raining. I appreciated Ron’s quick responses with requests/questions. Close enough to get to Snoqualmie summit in less than an hour. We would absolutely come back again, thank you for such a great weekend!

Betty was able to accommodate us with very little notice, the night before Thanksgiving when our plans changed. She was very kind and allowed us an early check in and late check out. The two rooms worked perfectly for us with a toddler. It was very nice being so close to Green Lake for walks and right down the street from my in-laws. She had lots of puzzles, dominoes and games for our two year old daughter who had a great time staying here. Thanks Betty!

It was such a beautiful and comfortable place. The styling was amazing and all the details were perfect. I love attention to detail with things like lights next to the bed for reading and all those details that make it feel like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Autumn's lake house! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a family getaway. One thoughtful feature we really appreciated was the high-up internal latches on the exit doors, which gave us peace of mind knowing our little one couldn’t wander outside unsupervised. The lake views are stunning, and the private access to the water made our trip extra special. Autumn was attentive and proactive, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to return—this place is a gem!

The place is as described in the listing. Comfy, chairs and beds and a kitchen with a good range of cooking and eating equipment. We had no problem preparing meals when we wanted to. The location is a block from the lake and a 1km walk into Kirkland. The street is a cul-de-sac and a very quiet residential road. Internet is fast. One feature we liked is each room had its own adjustable thermostat and heating. I’ve stayed in some places where half the house is either far too hot and the rest comfortable or the other way around. There is a separate rented unit below this one, and, as others have mentioned, noise does travel through the floor (in both directions, I am sure). Just worth bearing in mind if you sleep very lightly or make a lot of noise. While we heard the person and their guest below us a few times, it was not a problem. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was such a fun little home away from home while coming back to Sammamish for a visit. The view of the lake is beautiful. The house was cozy and welcoming. I would love to come back and spend a summer day on the lake here.

Cannot beat this stay! The views were incredible. Turn on the gas fireplace, sit back, watch the Great Wheel, the boats on the water, or the sunset. Checking in was easy and Raj made getting settled in super easy as well with his helpful guides and even a phone call at check in. Loved our stay here and hope to come back!

Wonderful little oasis. Very comfortable and fully stock kitchen everything you needed to cook a nice home cooked dinner. Make sure you are home to catch a sunset absolutely stunning. Hosts very responsive.

Perfect for my stay. Great layout. Cozy and quiet, conveniently located to grocery store, etc. I’m sure I’ll end up staying there again in the near future.

This is the second time we've stayed at Sally's lakefront cottage. It's a wonderful location with stunning views of the lake and close to a number of wonderful restaurants and shops. The place has everything you might need readily available, and is very easy to access. The nearby walking/bike path is great as well. Would recommend!

This is a beautiful spot and the studio is bigger than I expected. Great views of the lake with no leaves on the trees and a short walk to the park. It is a perfect spot to unwind.

My second time visiting this cozy oasis (and hopefully not the last)! The cabin itself, outdoor tub and beach walks were everything I needed to regroup and recharge away from the hustle of life in the city. I was especially grateful for the ample supply of wood for the wood stove to warm up the space over the few very cold nights that I was there. Lisa is available for anything that might come up but also created a vibe of privacy while I was seeking solitude. Can’t wait to stay in one of the other cottages on the property with my husband! I’ve got my eye on the house on the bluff!! The views and soaking tub look amazing!!

Our stay in SeaTac was very nice. The Airbnb Home was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were very nice and there was a television in each bedroom, plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook for our three day stay as well as extras for coffee and drinks, I highly recommend and would book while visiting in the Seattle area again.

We had a wonderful holiday stay due to the thoughtfulness of Wendy and Bob. She had everything ready and beautiful including a revolving Christmas tree! She was friendly, kind and very helpful in answering any of our questions or needs. The driveway was the only challenge on a busy road, but we conquered that by backing in and down the driveway next to the house. Thank you for the cookies and supplying a portable crib for our 6 week old grandchild. We are all grateful for everything you supplied. We highly recommend staying in your lower unit home away from home! ❤️❤️❤️

My group and I had the pleasure of staying at Jennifer’s Airbnb over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time! Not far from Downtown Seattle, Burien is a cozy and beautiful area that is a short walk from the water. The home is exactly as listed with a lovely backyard setup and plenty of room inside for larger groups. Jennifer was a very helpful and responsive host and we would be happy to stay at one of their Airbnbs again.

Great location and very good space!

Lovely home that fit well into our travel plans for the weekend. We enjoyed our morning walks to St. Edward State park and the trails down to the lake. The home was clean and the neighborhood very quite. Also a very short drive to Woodinville to attend our Sisters 50th anniversary. Our host Hui was very responsive and helpful.

Nice place. Extremely clean. Great decor. Huge! Every bedroom has a bathroom, and there was plenty of room for our family of six. Kitchen has only the very basics, not ideal if you plan to cook meals. Only one tv. We would stay here again.
