Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Titicaca

Luis, Antonia and their children welcomed us with open arms! We really became part of the family during our stay. Very good times shared! The accommodation is on the edge of the lake, Llachon is a small village that allows you to immerse yourself in typical Peruvian life. We will keep very good memories of our stay. The island of amantani is a real gem itself. But the highlight of whole Peru was the stay with Henry and his wife Mary Luz. The apartment is located outside of the village with a stunning view over the titikaka lake. Everything was new and very clean and we slept very well. The best part was definitely the hospitality of Henry and Mary Luz. They welcomed us and cooked the best food we had during our whole 6 months journey through South America. Everything is home grown in their own garden and made with love. For the night we got additional bed bottles to keep us warm. We also got a chance to learn about their culture and also the Incas and their language. We even tried some traditional clothes! If we could we would have stayed longer to enjoy their hospitality and kindness. We fully recommend their home and wish all the best for the future!

Lucy prepared an incredible, healthy breakfast in the morning before we left. The room we stayed in was clean, relatively quiet, and accessible to the rest of the house. Ursula’s place looks just like the photos and was an oasis from the evening traffic when we arrived. Ursula was super accommodating and we were able to have dinner there after a late arrival, her mom packed us a breakfast to take on our tour, and they prepared a special tea for my partner who had a travelers bug. It was so lovely at her place!

Nancy is a great host! He helped us with everything, he prepared us super early breakfast as we had the bus at 6:45 am. We programmed the taxi, totally delighted! He also picked us up from the airport (at an extra cost) but super convenient if they are several people. I would definitely come back!

Oswaldo’s place is beautiful! I am a traveler who likes to be completely secluded in beautiful surroundings and far away from the city and this gave me just that & more! The space is surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees and birds, and the lake view from the balcony is amazing. It’s a 10 minute motor bike from amantani port, 20 sols or you can walk for an hour or so. The beds were super comfortable, it felt warm. The food was delicious, everything local which is the best part and the fresh munya tea is amazing :) Oswaldo is very friendly. Really recommend this place! Thank youu oswaldo!

I really liked staying here. Even though it was a few hours, I was treated well. The water was very hot. The very rich breakfast I liked was its super crocante pan. I was also able to order my bag. In very good conclusion it is close to everything.

Sumaq Wasi was an excellent value. The Island is for those who seek calm, and this family facilitates that greatly.

Very nice people. I accidentally booked the wrong dates , pamela was very understanding, she answered very quickly and offered me to change the dates. Room was very big , bed comfortable. Bathroom as well spacious and everything clean.

The Uros lodge is an amazing place! It is situated at the edge of Lake Titicaca, but away from the rest of the Uros community, so it is quite private. The hosts are very personable and took us on a tour of the Uros community on the other floating islands before going to the lodge...we even tagged a long to pick up their child from school which made it all the more special (quite a different school pick-up line than we'd ever seen before!). But don't expect it to be like a luxury hotel...it's more like glamping; water is carefully conserved, as is electricity. The meals are simple, but of high quality and generous portion sizes. If you want a quiet, beautiful place to relax and do as little as possible, this is the place! It was the highlight of our trip to Peru.

Room in hotel in the city center. Clean and well-lit with good wifi and a good breakfast. Close to the city center and the lake, we were able to visit on foot. We were able to park our two motorcycles in lobby. Our host is considerate and considerate. We recommend this place.
