Vacation rentals in Lake Pukaki

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Tracey was a great host — kind, responsive and helpful. The home itself is charming, peaceful, and full of character, situated in a great area. We appreciated the well-stocked amenities, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. If we visit Lake Tekapo again, we’d love to stay here! P.S. only thing to be wary of is to be sure to keep the bathroom windows closed in the evening to avoid insects coming in!

The Gray Cottage is an absolute gem - cosy, comfortable and welcoming - and Eve is a brilliantly thoughtful host. The bed has to be one of the most comfy I've ever slept in, which made it even harder to leave. I can't wait to come back!

We can only recommend the property. The host and her husband are very friendly and gave us valuable tips. The place is very clean, well decorated and cozy. The breakfast we found very good.

If you want a bit of R&R after a hectic visit to Mount Cook national park, then staying at Lake Tekapo and Hillcrest B is for you. The accommodation is stunning with east and west facing decking areas and large comfortable outside space. Inside two lounge areas making the most of the views . You can lie in bed and wake up to sunrise over Lake Tekapo. After long hikes this is a lovely place to recharge batteries and the excellent kitchen and local supermarket means you can cook at home and eat on the decking taking in the evening sunshine and lovely views. Would highly recommend.

We spent three lovely days in the Beach Bungalow in Timaru. The House is well equipt, lovely beds and the location is perfect for getting the Holiday feeling. We can highly recommend this place! Hans-Erik & Elisabeth Switzerland

Lu's apartment is better than any hotel I've stayed at in Tekapo, just a 3-minute drive from the Dark Sky Project. The surroundings are very quiet and private. Lu is also very warm and hospitable, and the facilities in the entire room are very well-equipped, clean, and tidy. We spent two very pleasant and comfortable nights there.
