The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat. Very impressed by the attention to detail of this home that had all of the amenities you might need. The host‘s availability for prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The house was great, the location on the lake was very peaceful and the dock was fun for fishing and relaxing. Yolande was a great host with amazing community and made our stay very easy and comfortable. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Lovely lakefront home, exactly as described, matches all the pictures. Very convenient to the town of Sebring as well as the Raceway. Was great to come home from a long track day and sit on the dock and watch the sunset. The view of the lake was very peaceful. The home itself was spotless, a real challenge with a pet friendly home. Bathrooms were absolutely sparkling clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths for everybody. Nice extras with the coffee service and some surprise snacks! Well stocked with indoor and outdoor games, kayaks, life vests and fishing poles. Even had extra pet leashes and bowls! Janet was great with communications, check in/out was very easy to understand. Will certainly return!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Sunrise Cottage was the perfect place to stay for a few days while visiting family in the area. The cottage is very clean and welcoming. All of the little extras made for a very comfortable stay. The hosts thought of everything and have added amenities that other guests suggested. An extra bonus is that there are no cleaning tasks for guests to do prior to checkout. Another was the amazing view out over the lake and gorgeous sunrises. Highly recommend Sunrise Cottage if you're visiting the Sebring area!

Incredibly peaceful, waterfront house. We were there for work and it was so nice to come back to a relaxing, quiet place to unwind! Definitely recommend this property with lovely hosts as well!

My family had a wonderful stay at Kelly's house in Lake Placid. The house was very clean and private. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets at night on your dock. Kelly was a great host, very responsive and a great communicator. We would definitely recommend that you stay here.

We had such a fantastic time with our friends and family, and the space was absolutely perfect for everyone. We especially loved how much room we had, the pristine beach and lake, and the clear fishing spots! Catching some fish was a real highlight. We're already talking about coming back again soon! Her place was just as descripted and actually nicer. She had lots of things for us there and my family enjoyed sitting out side. Overall, I cannot say anything other ,but it was a great place and she was so accommodating.. Loved sitting on the porch and looking out at the canal and wildlife .Great place!

From the time we walked in the front door we felt right at home. The house and yard were very clean and well cared for. We spent 6 weeks and absolutely loved the house. Even got to see a gator swimming by several times in the evenings and early mornings. Chad is a fantastic host that was very responsive and very quick to handle any issues that arose. We would defiantly not hesitate to stay in the future.

Had a great stay. Very clean in every room. Bed was comfortable to sleep. Quiet street as well. Pool was crystal clear to use even though it was still a little too cold to swim in (though we could sit on the edge to keep cool). Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
