The house was beautiful. Awesome kitchen. Host was very responsive.

Understandable why they are super hosts. They were completely accommodating quickly, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about our experience. The home was clean. The area was quiet and safe. The listing was as described. Getting to town was easy and the boat dock was conveniently close. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone for their vacation needs. And should we go back to Lake Placid again? We will be reaching out to rebook this property. Can’t thank them enough for making our stay and my son‘s 21st birthday celebration a good one !!

Cheryl’s place is better than the description…very comfortable and inviting. She has every tool needed in kitchen. We loved the glass washer! Bed in master was very comfortable. Towels in bathroom were ample and thickness was nice! We would definitely stay again if in area.

Absolutely amazing place! Gorgeous sunset views. We came I. The winter but the place has lots of toys to enjoy the summer. It is a delightful town and amo I que and her husband were prompt resolving an issue we encounter! Highly recommend this place!

David’s place was an absolutely fabulous lakeside retreat—the perfect escape to melt away stress and recharge your mind, body, and soul. We were in town facilitating an event and only wish we could have stayed longer because this property truly feels like the Ritz-Carlton of private lake houses. Everything about this home exudes luxury and comfort, from the private dock and oversized deck with plenty of seating for the whole family to the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The thoughtful details make all the difference—Smart TVs, double-headed jetted master showers, comfortable beds, and every little convenience you could hope for. David has gone above and beyond to ensure his guests have everything they need to feel at home during their stay. If this listing is available for your dates, don’t hesitate—book it before it’s gone!

Pictures don't do this place justice ! It's absolutely stunning clean and you feel just at home ! Water pressure was amazing bed where comfortable! And the outside with the pool was awesome ,you could watch the cows across the lake swim it was great the kids and I got quite the kick out of the cows ! Also propane was empty and Wendy was very prompt in reimbursement for the new tank I'm talking 20minutes and she was there and so apologetic!! We own rentals in Ohio so we know how stressfull and difficult this business can be and Wendy is totally crushing it she is amazing!!!

Cathy's place was as described and she even offers a tea kettle which, in my experience, is rare for an Airbnb! Lake Jackson is directly across the street and there's a great view from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The front and back patios are very nice, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate to where we could enjoy them much. The area is indeed walkable and Cathy's place is close to US 27 as well as a variety of restaurants and shopping. I'm not sure I'll ever be back in Sebring, but if I am, I will definitely check the availability of Cathy's place!

Only comment was would have been nice to have the front porch light on as we did arrive quite late. Other than that, very nice would stay again.

Beautiful home filled with lots of amenities. Picturesque surroundings and peaceful views. The dogs loved the backyard and had plenty of room to run and play. Yolande was proactive and her communication was on point. We had a wonderful weekend!

We had the most fantastic stay and cannot wait to go back! Bradley was so responsive and everything is exactly as described. You are literally right on the lake! The dock is gorgeous and the rolling lawn leads into a fire pit at waters edge. The indoor and outdoor flow is great and we loved the outdoor patio with bar, fridge and TV. Kitchen was equipped for all our needs and the washer and dryer were a great help! Plenty of space, super comfortable beds and any questions, Bradley literally answered in minutes. We hired a pontoon boat one day which was great but we loved having use of the kayak and the floating mat for the dock. Our teenage boys loved all the lawn toys that came with the house. I couldn’t recommend Bradley’s place more and nobody wanted to leave! This home is great in Winter and Summer for sure! Thank you for a fabulous time.

We loved our stay at Yanetti’s. We were 4 adults and a child and the place accommodated us well. The location is out amongst the orange groves, on a small lake. It was just an 8 min drive to my dad’s place near downtown Avon Park. Very quiet, peaceful, and scenic. You can tell that car was taken to make the place comfortable for guests. We hope to come back again.

We were recommended this place by a relative that had a great experience. We were also very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Beautiful lake setting! Wished we had a bit more time to take advantage of what the place had to offer (e.g., kayaks) but it was a short weekend for us and a cold weather snap.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful, and the location was peaceful and serene. The house was clean, well-organized, and provided all the comforts we needed. The kids had a fantastic time playing and truly loved the scenery. Highly recommend!"

Beautiful lake house. We sat by the fire pit and watched the herons, an egret and a turtle family roam around in the water . As the sky slowly got dark, all the stars started to come out and we even saw Orion’s Belt. We will definitely be coming back to this little slice of nature’s paradise.

We had such a fantastic time with our friends and family, and the space was absolutely perfect for everyone. We especially loved how much room we had, the pristine beach and lake, and the clear fishing spots! Catching some fish was a real highlight. We're already talking about coming back again soon! The place is as super nice . We felt just at home, we had a little inconvenience with the Internet connection but Nikol was very helpful and responsive . I will definitely book again when I’m in the area of Lake placid.

This lovely home was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable, with a very lovely Florida room. It had a great dock where we could keep our boat and a nice sitting area on the dock. Melissa was a fantastic host. She always responded immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back.

Chad and Ingrid's lake house is the best we've stayed in in the area. We've been coming to Sebring area to visit our grandkids a little over a year now and it is by far the best setup - the beautiful view of the lake and dock - ability to bring a boat - paddle board, kayak - corn hole in the yard, firepit and beach space are all amazing amenities. The home is a great setup with separation of 3 great bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a loft space for games and TV upstairs. The home is set up for entertaining, plenty of dishes and all of the pans you might need. The porch with indoor kitchen and bar with large table and several seating areas are ideal for beautiful lake views! And the hot tub is perfect out there. They provided a lovely handwritten note with bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival, perfect hosts! Instructions were provided ahead of time, quick responses to questions and early check in and late check out were accommodate. We will definitely stay again!!

Great little spot! House is stocked with tons to do! Kitchen has everything needed for meal time and our children LOVED the Nintendo and access to the fishing poles! Only negative-pool is not heated.

This home was the perfect setting for a girl's weekend. Home was very comfortable with new appliances, new furniture and in a comfortable setting. Lake Betty was a beautiful view from the backyard. Neighborhood was quiet.
