We spent 2 nights at Emir’s place with our toddler and our dog. It was spacious for our needs and the open floor plan made it easy for us to keep an eye on both the “baby” baby and fur baby while enjoying a good time with each other! Emir went above and beyond to adjust our booking from 3 nights to 2 and get us late checkout to time it with our toddler’s nap time. During our stay, the skylight cap directly above the kitchen fell and shattered which was unfortunate and scary. Emir was very responsive and assured us that he will fix it. We did notice another solar tunnel cap missing in the laundry room. Perhaps all solar caps should be inspected and redone to ensure no mishaps happen. It would have been great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was a tad difficult to get our toddler to stay asleep without it. All in all, we had a lovely time at Emir’s place. The views were spectacular and the kitchen and place well equipped with everything you would need!

This place felt like a home away from home. Welcoming and so very comfortable! Peaceful and gorgeous lake views complete with lovely sunsets. The bicycles were an added bonus and unexpected fun. A great getaway!

Maya was super accommodating and the place was very well maintained and aesthetic! We had such a good time. The foosball table was the cherry on the cake :)

Overall, the stay was very satisfactory and suited our needs. Space heaters are in the closet as there is not central heat. We had planned some family coming just for the day to visit. That went over the guest capacity, so we had to cancel plans to allow family members to visit. It was strictly family members, but there was no flexibility regarding that request, which we did not think would be a problem as they were coming for just a few hours for the day. There was no loud partying planned. Just parents, grandparents, and a siblings gathering before and after a wedding., which we made clear with the host. We understand the concerns of loud partying or hosting a major event. I know many people will host friends or family over at a vacation rental for dinner or such, so just FYI that hostess is insistent about the guest count.

Very friendly and helpful. We ended up staying a couple days longer than we planned but Paul was very accommodating with the extra days and told us if we needed new supplies to let him know.

My family cannot stop talking about our trip to Nice, the house was amazing and fit our large group perfectly. The private beach and dock were great for water sports. We can’t wait to go back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better lake house to spend our holiday weekend. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The house is not only beautifully furnished and decorated but Lisa has thought of every detail to ensure that guests are covered in any scenario. From life jackets and beach towels to make-up remover rounds and first aid kits. We truly did not need to worry about anything, which really allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our vacation and relax outside by the water. Having the dock/water right in our backyard was so amazing and our kids could not get enough. Trust me, you will never hear “I’m bored”. We simply enjoyed sitting back on the patio while watching them have fun. We highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a relaxing down time all while watching your kids have the best time. I can’t forget to mention all of the thorough and helpful communication and information before and during our trip. This was an extra special touch to an already great stay!

I just stayed at Suzanne's this last weekend. She was super helpful and very communicative. The cottage is beautiful and cozy and clean and relaxing. The view of the vineyard and mountains when you drink a morning cup of coffee is priceless. Very very beautiful! We didn't get to use the pool or firepit as it was a rainy weekend so I can't comment on those.
