Vacation rentals in Lake Monroe

This was our second stay here because we enjoyed it so much. We brought my 87 year old mother in law and this place is ideal for her. First floor, close to the pool and beach. Carolina was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We were a little disappointed that the seawall construction wasn't finished but hopefully it's close. we would definitely consider coming back.

Townhome is in the perfect location. Close to Publix, restaurants, shops and parks. Very clean home, nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the pond. We even had the pleasure of seeing a family of deer! Pool area has a resort vibe with a clubhouse, restaurant and small arcade. Excellent communication with our hosts. Highly recommend !

Outstanding stay! They were kind, attentive and even gave us a recommendation to do on our way out of town. My kids LOVED the rooms, it was spacious, and very clean. Definitely would recommend and plan to return.

The place was as described and the host was very responsive and respectful. The location is just ok and about 30 minutes from Disney parks. We had a few issues occur during our stay and Javier was super responsive and willing to assist. The lock was not secure and we had someone open the door to our place in the middle of the night. We were terrified for our safety, but Javier did respond the following morning and sent a crew out to fix the lock. We also had someone randomly leave trash on our door step one morning. Again, none of this is hosts fault and he was proactive about everything. I would not stay here again due to the location being so far from everything and lack of kitchen utensils. I would expect more items to be provided (pans, baking sheets, silverware, etc) for a place that sleeps 10 people.

We enjoyed our stay at Maayan's place. Apartment was well maintained with amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. I appreciated the attention to detail. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable, bathroom was stylish with modern amenities, internet was strong and reliable, the kitchen came with a coffee maker and tea pot. We were visiting Disney parks so this location was ideal.

First Air BnB that I’ve stayed at that actually had everything I needed. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, fabric softener etc. The stuff you can’t travel with, but need!!The property was clean and spacious. Stayed with my adult children and once I went to sleep, I could not hear them. Property not far from the road but no road noise noted at all. Very private. Would definitely stay again.

Thad was responsive through email. He sent me video on how to use the smart lock which was very helpful since I’ve never used one! We had a change in plans and got an extra night stay with no problem. The photos are exactly as the house is. It’s a very nice home and the books he had for us to look at about the home and the area were helpful with alittle comedy too. I’d stay there again the area was very nice and we felt safe with no problem!
