Great place, old fashion with an amazing view, About 12 minutes drive from the ski lift of Campitello (which is part of Val di Fassa)

Quick and effective communication. Nice place and well equipped.

The cabin is in a great location with spectacular views of the mountains around, it is a few kilometers from Bormio for those who want to ski and a few kilometers from Livigno, also highly recommended for the perfect decor and typical warm cabin, it is like feeling at home.

A perfect place near the town, but on a quiet street. Everything was clean and modern. Matteo was a great host, very thoughtful and flexible.

Cristian's house is beautiful, comfortable and cared for in every detail, 5 minutes from the center and the slopes, we will be back!

The place was comfortable and clean. The location of the house is very nice and in middle of the beautiful landscape . The bus ran every 10 minutes down to the center and to the ski lifts and back. When ever we needed something Davide was ready to help and give us good advice. I highly recommend this place.

Enrico is an attentive host who immediately responds to his guests' requests. The apartment is new and exactly matches the photos, and the cleanliness of the apartment and the tranquility of the place are really great. For those who ski, the ski bus stop is under the apartment. We had a great 5 days and will be back. I recommend it.

Absolutely stunning location - postcard views from every direction! Martina & Nicola are fantastic hosts, super responsive and nothing was too much to ask! The house is beautiful, very an authentic 17th century Italian villa, plenty of space & perfect for families or groups. Our kids loved the animals & the big kids loved the outdoor hot tub! We will never forget our week at Rustico Bertel!! Thank you Martina & Nicola - your home is truly one of a kind. We will be back!

The place was nice and peaceful. The lago di tenno next door was great! The stay was a little further from the center as hoped.

Cannot recommend highly enough!! Irene was wonderful from start to finish. Every little detail had been carefully thought of, it's literally a home away from home. We we're sad we didn't make our stay longer, we absolutely loved the accommodation and the area

Excellent stay at Margit and Karin's place, who are very welcoming. The view from the balcony and wooded garden is beautiful. The accommodation is spacious, bright and well equipped for a family of 2 adults and a 2 year old child (crib).

A very nice apartment, extremely clean and beautiful view. We felt comfortable The only small point was that payment of the city tax was contrary to the agreement. However, this does not affect our review. The apartment is definitely recommended.

This was a great apartment with plenty of room in walkable distance to Verona. You felt like you were in a local neighbourhood with the bars and local shops on hand so you felt less like you were in a city when you were in the apartment.

Great place to stay

Thanks Valeria and Mirella. We had a fantastic family holiday in the beautiful complex. Totally clean, almost as newly decorated and kept top-in shot. Very quiet location, within walking distance of many restaurants and a supermarket. The pool and loungers under the olive trees are a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

Really lovely retreat. Hired a car and drove around Lake Garda and an amazing place to come back to and relax. Fantastic rooms and lovely breakfast box. A little gem highly recommend

Place is situated in an incredible location with view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Inside is spacious and was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Apartment in a silent environment. It Looks Like on the photos and Annamaria is a super nice Host. You just have to be careful that the dog doesn‘t escape threw the open gate!

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The location with the view of Lake Garda is very nice. The landlady Milena lives in the house and welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. A parking space is available on the property. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and a small supermarket. You can also get to the other places at any time by bus. We will be happy to come back again in better weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Conny’s place. Just a short walk into Malcesine to access an abundance of restaurants and shops. It was also very convenient for the bubble upto Monte Baldo and the boat across to Limone! Apartment was lovely and had a homely feel with (literally) everything you could think of in the kitchen. The view and balcony really made our trip as the weather wasn’t great but as the balcony is covered we spent a lot of time reading when looking over the lake! We would really recommend this place!
