Steve and Andrea's place was perfect! Aside from being spotless (which is something I greatly appreciate), there were so many nice touches that made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to stay here again next time we're in San Antonio!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Melinda is truly an amazing host! From the start, her communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house has fantastic amenities and a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the accessories we needed to cook delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home, Melinda’s place is the perfect choice. She’s definitely a super host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We saw eagles (just like the photos on the profile) and deer and foxes. The view was stunning from sunrise to sunset. The house itself was perfect for our group of 9 with plenty of places to sleep. We brought food and cooked/ grilled every day and the kitchen was ready with all the tools and utensils we needed. We were super close to a pollination garden, a disc golf course, the river and cute hiking trails. Bonus points for being a 10min drive from a grocery store for last minute needs.

The house is spectacular, spacious areas, clean rooms, you have everything you need to spend an unforgettable time with your family. Ryan was a great communicator, very east to get ahold of. We came right after Christmas so the house had a Christmas tree up and Christmas decor everywhere! Beautiful attetion to detail! Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, and Clean towels were ready to use in every shower. The neighborhood was very peacful and next door were some friendly goats that loved getting pet! My favorite thing was the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Very spacious all in one big open space! The whole family together in one room-while some were cooking, others were watching a movie, or playing games on the dining table. All around had an amazing time! I would definitely choose to book again!

We absolutely loved this air bnb! The host was amazing, the house was amazing, and we loved that they allow previous guest to leave behind food / drinks that don’t spoil! It was beneficial to use a few left behind items and we left some too! I miss when places would do that, so it was refreshing to see! Tons of space, comfortable, and beautiful house / scenery! We were only 10 minutes from the river / nightlife & there were plenty of games at the house! We really did enjoy this place and will 100% be back! I also loved the cleaning instructions as it lets me know they do in fact clean their beds! I also love the $75 back cleaning fee of you wash your towels. Really awesome host as well! 10/10!!!

I stayed at Debbie’s lake house with friends and family over New Years and we were impressed. Her home is well finished with a stocked kitchen and large enough sofa to lounge. We all travel together frequently to AirBnB rentals and everyone in our group commented that this home was one of the cleanest we’ve rented. Hot tub, fireplace, board games, views of the lake, outdoor kitchen and a large kitchen for family meals…a great setting for quality time with your group. Note is there aren’t TVs in the bedrooms, so you may want to bring a tablet if you like to watch tv in bed. We would rent here again!

We had an amazing time. The view is beautiful. So many awesome places to sit and view river. I love that my mom could sit inside and view the river through the beautiful big windows. Awesome deck with hammock and fire pit. Lots of room and tables and chairs. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. They had lots of games and the perfect table for playing games. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go again. Oh and they were so responsive. We had a freeze so the hot water had to be reset and they came within 29 minutes. Super responsive and very nice.

Estrella is super responsive and communicates well! My rating is more about her performance as host than the home itself. We had various issues during our stay but she addressed them all very promptly. The game tables were great for the kids! We didn’t use the hot tub but it was clean when we checked it. Note: The home runs hot so plan for that but it was nice. There is a small step going down into the living room that you’ll need to be careful with. Don’t walk barefoot on the carpets in the rooms… Overall, we loved the location. So many deer sightings throughout our stay. Public boat ramps were closed but accessible just a few blocks away from the house.

This now the 4th stay I have at one of Conlen and Jennifer's homes. It's always easy. This home is laid out nice for family or work trips. You have Lake Dunlap right there and a great restaurant. Everything in New Braunfels is 15 minutes or less away. I'll definitely continue booking with them.

This house surpassed our expectations! Beautiful, clean home and property with so many amenities. We had our family Christmas here and felt right at home. Plenty of space for everyone. Scott was a great communicator even before I booked it and answered all my questions. Great stay and such a deal to overlook the lake. Easy access too. 👍🏻

This stay was to visit and spend time with our son who goes to TXST. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for our family and some friemds to visit. Location was a short 10 min drive to target or Heb which is always nice and necessary when staying at an air bnb. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

This place is beautiful. Inside and out. Beautiful view and a relaxing home. Everything you could need for your stay has been thought of. They are very considerate of their guests and was always quick to respond. Will definitely be staying here again.

Vanessa was a wonderful host. she allowed us to check in early which helped us get things we need done for my daughter’s wedding. She responded very quickly and home was beautiful.

We absolutely loved the lake house. There were 15 of us, ranging from 2-68 years old, and everyone had an amazing time. The house had plenty of space for all of us to sleep, lounge, and play. The "man cave" had darts, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a pool table which kept the older kids very entertained. We visited from 12/25-1/1, and each day was memorable. The place was close enough to drive to San Antonio, where we went to Fiesta Texas and Riverwalk. Also, close to Wimberly, where we went hiking and shopping, and Gruene for the shops and wine! There is lots of stuff to do close by, and we visited District 46, a cool spot for food and live music. Since we live in Texas, we have had some hot days and cold days. On the hot days, we took the paddleboard down to the lake, and the kids enjoyed picking up sea shells. The hosts were equally amazing, checking in and responding to all our questions, even offering support when my sister's luggage was delayed. Overall a wonderful experience!

This house felt very homey. It was really comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was well maintained and had a view of the water. We all lounged in the big comfy couch, watched movies and played games. I would definitely choose this property again if I'm in the area.

my family of 5 and our youngest is Autistic. this was a great getaway for us. Dominic enjoyed the scenery and backyard access to an adventurous hike to Canyon Lake.

Randy’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully made up, and we loved that each area had its own bathroom—it made the stay so convenient. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking and gathering. I highly recommend staying here!

Rental was perfect for large family with loads of kids! Media / bunk room was awesome!! View was AMAZING!!! Decks were so peaceful!
