Beachfront vacation rentals in Lake Macquarie City Council

Our family had a wonderful stay at Anna's. The house is great for a young kid, in particular the safe garden spaces. The view is spectacular. I'm not sure there is a better one in the area. Everything was clean, easy to find and the extra details like beach umbrellas, sand toys and kids toys made the holiday that much easier.

We stayed here for 5 nights , right in the centre of Newcastle, accessible to the water front, beaches, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very quiet, roomy and very comfortable for an extended stay with everything we needed. We found Naomi extremely helpful , even when there was a temporary fault with our airconditioner , she offered to find us other accommodation which we declined, as the large fan provided enough cooling. Very good value for money!

Had a friends trip to Craig and Tiff’s beach house and it was perfect for us. Great location for a short walk to the lake or the beach, plenty of space for us to hang out together or do our own thing, and the best supplied kitchen in any Air BNB I’ve stayed before (think small appliances and some ingredients like spices/sauces). Highlight for us is the hot tub - well worth the small additional fee for upkeep.

Super easy check in and great location right by the beach. Easy to park on the street. Kitchen and bathroom has everything you would need. Elizabeth was quick to respond to my messages.

Fantastic location, close to beaches, restaurants, and the centre of Newcastle. The place is certainly cosy and has historic charm. The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and there's no bathroom upstairs, so I wouldn't take anyone too elderly there. But for my wife and I, it was perfect.

I stayed for a quick getaway from Sydney with my husband and kids we loved the unit it was just right for us to still be comfortable the kids slept on the sofa and loved it. The pool was awesome and spent hours up there even though the weather wasn’t great we enjoyed using the hot tub. It was very convenient being on level due easy access to the pool which is great when travelling with kids :) Rose was amazing great communication and easy check In process will deff stay again

Absolutely perfect spot 1 min away to fish swim JetSki and obviously best view in The Entrance away from the crowds. Spa overlooking the water was amazing. Terri's customer support and overwhelming great character to make sure you feel like your at home is second to none. Thank you so much Terri see you back there soon.

We have been travelling for 2 weeks and this was our favourite place so far! Great value for money, the apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. You could easily cook a basic meal if you wanted to but why would you when you can go down stairs to one of the many restaurants! Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Pool was downstairs was great, beach access literally downstairs was even better. Everything was clean and comfortable and Bernadette was friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future, 2 days wasn’t nearly enough

Beautiful and spacious townhouse. My guests and I loved it. Gave you access to a beautiful indoor heated pool which was great on rainy days and it was so close to the Entrance Beach.

Gwen's place was very clean and spacious and a great location right beside the beach and lookouts. Gwen was very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely stay in her house. Highly recommended.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

We had a fantastic stay at Brian’s apartment. He was a wonderful host, going above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and late checkout without us even having to ask—such a thoughtful touch that made our trip even more relaxing. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a cot with linen and sheets for our toddler, as well as plastic cups and bowls—small details that made traveling with a little one so much easier. The view was lovely, and the pool was both clean and at a perfect temperature, making it a great spot to unwind. Thank you, Brian, for a great stay! We’d love to return.

A well-maintained double story townhouse. Very spacious and was beautifully kept with a beach themed feel to it. Loved how all the little extra amenities were provided like shampoo, conditioner, and kitchen accessories. The kids especially loved it as they had their own private living room upstairs with a separate TV and lots of board games to keep them busy. The giant Jenga and connect 4 were a big plus! Well working BBQ which we used as well. Short stroll down the Caves beach and restaurants. Only minor feedback would be to clean the spider webs on the outside balconies, otherwise I would say the place was kept in spotless condition. Will definitely come back.

Ahh were do i begin, ok this is our 2nd stay at Anita's place and it was amazing. My family and I really love this place because it's special. It feels like home. It's so clean and sitting on the verandah in the afternoon watching the sunset while the kids a swimming and fishing is what life is all about. If you want to relax in a peaceful environment this is the place. Thankyou Anita and Steve can't wait to come up again.

Enjoyed our two night stay for the summer holidays. So close to the beach we could walk there. House was great with all the bells and whistles. It was a hot few days and the fans did a great job keeping us nice and cool at night. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family’s with children.

Great location - so close to the beach. You can tell Lara has put a lot of thought into the airbnb. There is great finishing, the pool is lovely, aircon, nice appliances and lots of light. We will definitely be back!

This house is in a great location a short walk from Caves beach. We really enjoyed our stay in the area and the house - which seemed near-new - was great for our large family group. Plenty of space with more than one TV area. The hot tub and BBQ area were both highlights for us. Thank you for having us!

Abeautiful home that catered for the whole from family young and old. Lovely spacious rooms, games for the family, entertaining spaces, quiet rooms, outside games, a park with playground eqipment and beautiful gentle beach walks and ocean views. Thankyou.
