Great place for a family group!!

Very comfortable and nicely appointed house for our family of 8. The location on the lake is also very good. The house is on good water and the dock was easy for us to use with our boat. Highly recommend this home

Book this home! Not only is the home beautiful it has breathtaking views! The kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could need and it is kid friendly. They had items for coloring and little activities. Highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this home. We absolutely enjoyed the beautiful view of the water, and loved utilizing the outdoor spaces. The home was very clean, has nice amenities, is spacious and very comfortable! The host responded quickly to texts even on a holiday! This was greatly appreciated since the other home we rented for the holiday was not suitable for our family. We cannot say enough good things about the this house!

This was a great place for my family, extended family and two dogs. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really liked the yard being fenced in so our dogs could play and enjoy the place as well. Outdoor illumination could be improved. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Great little cabin with a boat slip. Just what we were looking for. Great area in the Hill Country with lots of restaurants and wineries close by. One word of caution if you are bringing a boat: I have a fairly shallow draft ski boat (1991 Prostar 190) and I drug the prop a few times on the shoals in the channel. There is a very particular route you have to take to avoid them. Entering the channel, stay to the right at the new concrete bulkheads, then stay left all the way to the slip. And go REALLY slowly. My depth finder was acting up so partly on me. Hope that helps someone in the future!

Abigail's place was great for us and our adult children and their spouses (6 of us total). The kitchen had plenty of cooking items that we needed. There is no dishwasher. If you're a coffee drinker, bring coffee pods with you - not many were provided. We ended up having our son bring his coffee maker from Austin as we all drink LOTS of coffee. The beds are small but comfortable - I slept really well the whole time we were there - very quiet neighborhood. We discovered a really fun game that we played our last night at the cabins. There were lots to choose from. The dock was great for hanging out and drinking coffee in the morning.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We had enough room to spread out, inside and outside. The beds and pillows were wonderful, the game room was a big hit and the kids spent hours in there, there were plenty of dishes, cutlery and pans to cook 3 big meals a day. We brought 6 kayaks and were able to get in and out of the water and store them down at the dock. I can’t wait to go back.

We came down to visit family for the weekend and found Chuck’s place to be in an ideal location with everything we needed. We were especially pleased with how clean and tidy everything was when we got there. The bed was comfy and everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely charming place on the lake. The boat slip is RIGHT by the unit and the closest boat ramp to launch at is a few minutes down the street was convenient. I have never been to an Air BnB that is so well stocked in every bathroom and in the kitchen. Amber IMMEDIATELY responded to every question I asked. Nice to have overflow parking right outside the door for a second or third vehicle. The unit was extremely clean and decorated beautifully (which I appreciate). We will be back with our boat!

Beautiful condo! Had everything needed to make for a great stay. They thought of everything someone on vacation would need! Very relaxing.

Ashley was an excellent host and her home beautiful! We loved having all the room this house provided! We especially loved the roomy bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and having a dining table to sit at to eat and write notes. Even one of the bedrooms had a chair with a long ledge to set up a computer! We loved it!! Everything was very clean and comfortable and the walking and driving through the neighborhood was a treat! It was such a treat to see all the deer grazing in everyones yards!! Thank you for letting us stay! We’ll be back!!

We appreciated the friendly vibe of the resort. Many guests had been coming there for years, which was impressive. The location right on the water front was prime property. These owners take care of their guests by connecting with them personally each day in the golf cart drive by.

This place is so great we have stayed here 3 times. We end up taking our boat and jet ski and it is a short ride to the open water. The house is great for our family and has a great back yard for cooking and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

What a delight it was to stay at Flamingo Cottage! Cozy and beautifully decorated with a county flair, it was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding at Blissful Hill, a grand venue in itself with incredible service all around with the platinum package. We also rented the 13 bed, 8 bath Villa, across the driveway, for our large family, and it was the best accommodations ever! Kudos to Blissful Hill and all their lovely places to stay!

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

This is an absolutely perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet along the Colorado River / Lake LBJ. Our dogs had a blast exploring the yard while we relaxed in the hot tub or sat by the shore to take in the views. We loved being able to float + paddleboard off the end of the dock using the provided water toys. The outdoor space is incredible. The house itself was lovely. We spent most of our time in the living room / kitchen area, lounging on the couch and working through a couple of puzzles from the impressive board game closet. The kitchen was well equipped and there was tons of coffee. The master bedroom was a dream for sleeping and watching movies. Raimund is an outstanding host. He worked around our schedule to quickly replace a TV that had broken the day of our arrival. He gave us useful tips about the area and responded to our questions promptly. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure this was a special trip for us.
