I had a pleasant day with my family. The comfort of the pool being consistently warm and the fact that there is a combi boiler inside the house has been the details. Apart from that, nobody is a wonderfully peaceful home. Apart from that, for the last time, it is a wonderfully peaceful house.

We had a fantastic stay at James’ place. The apartment is really well located - right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, and major sights, but still felt quiet and peaceful. The apartment had a great mix of modern style and local character. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. James was an excellent host - friendly, communicative and provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Istanbul. Would highly recommend and love to come back!

The villa has a high ceiling and a spacious living room. The house was spotless and everything was very tidy. We had a great time thanks to the hot pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is very practical and comfortably designed, everything you need is available. Being within walking distance to cafes and markets as a location makes it easy for everyday needs. In addition, the medicine cabinet in the house was a small but very valuable detail. Although it was a short holiday, it was an unforgettable experience.

Great view of the apartment. Centrally located. For those who will come by car, there is an ispark on the street where the apartment is located, or there is an indoor ispark parking on the sea side of the road.

Menti was a stellar host, making everything easy to find and responsive to all of our requests. It's an excellent part of town to be in with plenty to see and do. The house itself is lovely with an incredible view from the terrace.

With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. The accom: exactly as described. So close to so many top attractions in Istanbul. The surrounding streets were full of restaurants. The beds were comfy and my family of five adults were so comfortable for our four night stay. The host: Mehmet is amazing. He met us at the apartment then went through the apartments huge history. He gave us a map and helped us with where the main attractions are. Mehmet booked tours for us and organised cars both from the airport then back to the airport at the end of our stay, at below the price we would have paid. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Istanbul.

Transportation was easy, their communication was very strong

Would definately stay again, perfect location, super helpful and friendly host.. great rooftop terrace, with awesome views of Istanbul. Most buildings in this area dont have lifts, so its a walk up... but definately worth it. Great cafe downstairs, and great wine bar restuarant with live music next door, so could sit on balcony and listen to the jazz music on an evening. Cinar was always available to help with anything. Thanks for a great trip.

This property helped us out, as the previously booked hotel suddenly canceled before arrival. We had to quickly find another place to stay near Sultanahmet, and this apartment was very useful. We were always in touch with Enes, so all issues were resolved quickly. One of the key advantages is the presence of a kitchen, which allows you to save a lot on food.

I would like to thank Egemen. For his foresight and effort against the problems that may arise. My priority for these short term holidays is complete communication, cleanliness, and minimal effort. Thanks to the sovereign, we had a weekend as we wanted. I was very happy not to have a clean, tidy and hot water problem. Would definitely prefer it again.

First of all, Mr. Kenan was very hospitable, he helped us quickly when we had a question. The interior of the bungalow was spotless, the heating was very good, although it was cool outside in the evenings, the interior of the bungalow was warm. Likewise, we did not have a shortage of hot water for the hot tub. It was a really peaceful weekend for us with an incredible view. We felt comfortable at home, whether the cleanliness of the house and even the smallest item we could need in the house were considered. We would definitely like to come back another time. First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.

Peaceful environment. Great view. The host is very good. The roads are a little rough and too far from any grocery store. Do your shopping and come for everything. The wifi doesn't work very well, but it gets 4.5g.
