This was the perfect home to create new memories with friends for our annual Boyne ski trip. The home was very spacious for our group of 13. Huge bonus with access to Kitz Cabin that's just a short walk and even shorter drive away - allowing us to access the ski runs from there. Jason was extremely communicative and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this place!

Brendan's place is a great spot for a large group with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas. The furnished basement with games and sauna is very fun, and the main living area is comfortable with lots of seating. The kitchen is well equipped. There was a lot of snow when we were there so we didn't spend time outside but the back area looks quite private. Communication was clear and quick and Brendan was very helpful. It was ideal for a ski trip with a few families, and to enjoy the restaurants and shops in the village.

It was a great stay at Muhammad's place. The house is clean and cozy and very warm during the freezing family day weekend. The snow on the driveway was shovelled before we came. There are several restaurants and shopping areas nearby, which is very convenient. Muhammad is a very nice host, always responds to us on time, and is willing to offer help when we need it. We definitely will come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This was my second time staying at Valentine’s property, first in Camp meadow and now in the loft! The loft exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautifully lit with lights and had so many homey touches and features. The place was lit up and music was playing right when we walked in, and we were instantly blown away! We made use of the space and enjoyed board games, drawing and even the indoor basketball court! The property is absolutely breathtaking and we were able to walk around, enjoy the sounds of nature and really feel relaxed. Desboro is a perfect location if you plan on driving up to visit Tobermory or Collingwood as well! 10 Stars!! Will definitely have to come back again soon :)

This is a hidden gem that would be a great place to stay in any season. I wanted to go snowshoeing on the Bruce, and there was 3 feet of snow on the ground when I arrived, so it was truly a winter wonderland! The place was clean, quiet, private and well-organized, which checks everything on my list. It had a bit of a cabin ambience, but between all of the separate rooms, it felt larger than how it looked from the outside. And being located on a dead-end road, it would never be overrun with visitors or noise, even in the peak summer months. Laurie was a helpful and personable host, shoveling a path to the unit's entrance before I arrived, giving me access to the barbeque during the off-season, and even helping me unload the car after a long and stressful drive. She was ready to offer help if I needed it, but was never intrusive. If you want to get away from the world and decompress for a little while, this is a perfect spot to do it!

This was our third time renting this home for our annual ski trip. Excellent location between both ski hills. Easy to take a break from the hills and run back there for lunch and warm up. Thanks again!

Me and my family choose this place for my daughter's 2nd birthday. walking distance to the village. I recommend this place if you want come to Blue Mountain Village. host is One chat away always responsive. We will comeback here for sure.

Our family has been going to Blue Mt to snowboard for just over 20 years. We’ve always stayed in the village but as our crew has slowly grown in size, Louie’s condo was the perfect fit for us! It’s as close to the village as you can get! Kids (teens) loved it because we were close to everything and they could easily “ski in & ski out”. Airbnb exactly as described and photos are the real deal. Thanks for another year of awesome Blue Mt memories for our crew!

Sara’s place was absolutely spectacular! Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it perfect for a big group or family. From an abundance of towels, blankets, and dishes to a well-stocked kitchen with spices—you name it, they had it! Our family frequently rents large homes, and it's usually hard to please everyone, but this time, not a single person had any complaints—only praise for how much they enjoyed the stay. The amenities were top-notch! We made great use of the sauna, red light bathrooms, and hot tub. Plus, the home offered plenty of gathering spaces for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. It was truly a comfortable and welcoming experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped, thoughtfully designed getaway!

We had such a relaxing stay at Kevin's cottage. We cross-country skiied around right out the door and all around the large property. It is so peaceful in the winter. Great place to recharge.

This was the perfect accommodation at Boyne Mountain for two families to spend time together relaxing, skiing, and enjoying all the fun activities at the resort. We loved how close it was to the ski lifts, restaurants, water park, and tubing hill. It was easy to run home to grab a fresh neck tube or swap out mittens. We never moved our car from the time we arrived until check out! The living room was super cozy and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals together. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the hosts were super quick to respond and make sure we had what we needed. We would love to come back and stay next year!

Great cabin! The location was fantastic - walkable to the lodge at Otsego and a quick drive (5 min) into town. Very peaceful and beautiful! We were very comfortable and had a great stay.

Beautiful view with direct access to the lake. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires, and stargazing. Centrally located on the peninsula so a short drive from many activities too. House was clean and had plenty of room for six. Would definitely stay here again.

Our reactive dog was able to have free run of this property. No neighbours, no livestock, no worries about off leash play. Perfectly private, and wonderfully cosy, with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for another lovely visit - we'll be back.

stayed up at Ryans air b&b for a ski vacation with 5 good friends and now my new fiance! place was clean, easy to find and nice and close to Boyne. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing, would 10/10 recommend, also Ryan's communication was great with us whenever we had any questions, thanks again Ryan!

Very clean and well kept! Didn’t feel like a rental, we felt right at home. The cabin was decorated super cute and felt secluded even though it is in a community. We especially loved the fire place and hot tub. Easy access to the alpine lift as well. The mattresses weren’t especially comfortable, but not a big deal.
