A beautiful house right by the lake and near a lovely village. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlos's place extremely well. The house was very clean and cozy, the kitchen well equipped and enough space for 4 people. By car, many excursion destinations such as Mont Blanc are easily accessible. Carlos is also a very helpful and warm host. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The accommodation was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

Beautiful home and surrounding gardens. Incredible view of the mountains and lake a short walk from the main public transportation.

Very nicely furnished apartment. Great location for beautiful hikes. ( Beware of directions, the location was not accurate. You have to drive the road all the way back) Very clean. Very friendly. Plenty of space to store supplies. Slightly few hooks to hang bath gear etc. inside. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom, etc. Cool billiards table and great bocce train. Beautiful pool also good for use in October. Sure super nice even in summer, with sun loungers, etc. Quiet location. In the village itself something very quiet, few restaurants or bakeries. A supermarket. A little selection of bread in the afternoon. Weather was rainy and very cold. We felt very much and can highly recommend it. We were even able to load our plug in hybrid car. Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Clean, tidy rooms. Great place to relax. Family had a good time. Towns such as Vevey, Lauseanne and Montreaux are nearby. Good resturants and walking places. Dont forget to take your swim suits when you go to visit these places Bus stops nearby. Car rental would be recommended Rachel is a responsive host. Everything was clear in the instructions. Would definitely recommend it.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

The villa is exceptional, modern, comfortable, a splendid view on each floor. I recommend 1000%. We had a magical stay.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful surroundings, very close to the ski slopes and Helen made sure that our every need was taken care of! Would definitely come back! Recommended !

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

Jean Pierre's place is great, even better than in the photos. Everything is convenient and the garden is a small haven of peace. Chatting with Jean Pierre is nice, it made our stay easier. We hope to be back. Thank you!!

An extremely pleasant stay! Cédric is a charming person who knows how to host. The house located in a quiet area is pretty, spacious and ultra well equipped. The kitchen, functional and friendly, allowed us to make real meals. The bedding is of very good quality. The house was very clean. It's a real good airbnb!
