The cabin was impeccable, clean, the kitchen was packed with everything you'll need just like home. Cozy, warm , warm jacuzzi a lot of towels, game room . Just bring your food and set to go. We will definitely come back.

Chelle came through clutch for us. The house is in a safe neighborhood, it is clean and well furnished. She was very quick with communications. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

John was great and super responsive! Place was charming and the hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The heater didn’t work upon arrival, but John had someone come fix it for us quickly. Highly recommend!

Bryan’s communication was great throughout the trip. Home matches the photos and was very clean, comfortable, and warm. We would book this home again! Bring your own kitchen cookware, if you plan to cook. Spa didn’t warm past bath water temp during our stay. Other than that, beautiful place and response host.

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

From the outside, this place is nice but modest. We hadn’t realized it’s right next to the big bear airport but it wasn’t an issue. Very few planes and they weren’t very noisy. The owners have taken an immense amount of time and pride in creating this space. Very well thought out, very welcoming, and very comfortable! The only downside, which was probably our fault, was that we somehow got locked out of the hvac system. Cold air blew nonstop so it was cold, but thankfully the game room had a separate heater that we used and the beds were really warm and cozy! By the time we realized what was happening with the hvac, it was too late to call the owner to work through the problem, but again, it was probably our fault. Would definitely recommend Phoebe’s place, and will absolutely be back! Thanks Phoebe!

We enjoyed the cabin like feel and how close it was to the village and other local activities. Hosts were quick to communicate and respond to our questions. We had a fun time

We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful property! The pool/spa and backyard with view was amazing. The house has a ton of amenities including bbq, full kitchen, spices, entertainment center And indoor/outdoor speakers. Owner was very communicative and sent out a pool repair person to assist with our spa heating issue, which was promptly fixed. There are house and city guidelines to be aware of, so make sure you read all house information that is provided. Overall a wonderful property!

Massoud was an outstanding host, always quick to respond & went above & Beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I have been to many air b&bs.... We recently held our micro wedding at this beautiful property, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, our experience was amazing and more than I could have ever expected. They truly thought of everything, ensuring that our special day ran smoothly and stress-free. We opted for the additional coordination services, which included a coordinator, server and waiter - and it was worth every penny. The extra help made all the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can't thank them enough. Beyond that, everyone on the property created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—I felt completely at home and comfortable every moment. My guests have raved about how amazing the property was and how great the people were. If you’re considering hosting an event or a stay at this property, I highly recommend it. We felt comfortable and safe at this property. The location was convenient to many restaurants and stores. The decor was good with just a little wear and tear. It felt clean and fresh throughout the home. All supplies that we needed were available. Personally I loved the premium shower products and the plush toilet tissue and paper towels. The only minor complaints would be that we needed more face towels, even though we knew not to remove makeup with the towels. Next the high table in the family room wasn't stable and lastly it took an extremely long time for the water to heat up in the sinks. Hetavi did welcome us graciously as the host. I felt that she was there for us if we would have needed anything. I highly recommend this property to others. You will not be disappointed.

Our family and friends had a fantastic time over the New Year holiday at The Villa in Fallbrook, hosted by Simon and Jodi. It was so nice to see a welcome ceramic plate with my name by the entry door. A well equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable furnishings, and a breathtaking views to top it all off. We booked this Airbnb because of its pristine beauty, size, peaceful location, and lots of wonderful amenities which did not let us down. The house was used as the primary gathering place for hosting all our family members who traveled from Boston, and Oklahoma to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday, and the house was loved by all. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone, and we are looking forward to returning here in the near future.

The house and property are perfect and so comfortable for large groups. It was a treat to not have to share a bathroom, every bedroom has its own bath. The common areas accommodated my large family nicely. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to come together to play games. The pickleball court is a great addition to the “fun factor” as well. We would love to come back!

Our stay at Ryan’s cabin was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was adorable, and the whole cabin was exactly as pictured. The place was effortlessly accommodating. I got a little chilly on the couch and there was a basket of blankets nearby, I forgot my face wash and there was some in the bathroom! It had everything we needed and more! We were so happy with our stay. We also got some snow during our stay which made the cabin look and feel extra cozy! We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time here! Vanessa was very proactive and had clear instructions for our stay. It’s big enough for a family of 5-6 people, with a room downstairs and two upstairs. There’s a large backyard with a hot tub. Very easy to find and close to the slopes. We are planning to come back this summer!

From beginning to end, our stay was wonderful. The check in process was very simple. The lodge is in a great location with quick access to the Village and many restaurants and stores. The Continental Breakfast was complimentary and had several items to choose from. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to stay in a place that wanted to know our input so they could continue to make this place even better. We would love to stay again. Lee&Vic

Everything was as described. It was easy to check in and out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It’s absolutely not a bad thing but if you do stay during the winter, the heater in the room takes a touch longer to get up to speed as opposed to the one in the living room. It’s just an fyi, not in anyway a negative aspect for me. One thing is that we arrived a little on the later side once it was dark, and it took a few minutes to find the correct house since the house address is a little hidden at night. Sarah was attentive and gave plenty of information. The whole experience was great and cozy and it deserves my 5 stars.

Great space for a group of people, in a peaceful neighborhood, short drive to all the main areas of big bear!
