We had a fantastic holiday at Tracy's place even though the weather was up and down, with the pool and the calm waters moments from the backyard, the kids were kept entertained. Kayaking was loads of fun. There are so many beaches nearby and a small set of shops if you needed a top up in supplies. Tracy was very responsive and gave us a few recommendations before our stay which was appreciated. The house was big and comfortable enough to house 2 families and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook in. We would highly recommend Tracy's place to others and would be back to stay again in the future.

The house is perfectly located, surrounded by the beauty of the lake and nature. The setting is truly wonderful—a perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and a connection with nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the house itself is spacious, offering plenty of room for entertainment or quiet corners to unwind. Waking up to views of the lake or enjoying a cup of tea on the deck next to the water is an experience like no other—it’s deeply rejuvenating. The property is impeccably clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Charming beach-themed decor adds to the relaxing ambiance, inviting you to sit back, breathe, and enjoy the moment. This is definitely a place I’d love to return to, especially in good weather!

Thank you Renee for such a wonderful stay. From before we arrived, when she called to provide information, to the detailed recommendations she emailed we had a magical time from start to finish. The kids kayaked and paddle boarded every single day, the manta rays at Bendalong were an absolute highlight, thank you for the recommendation. Everyone raved about the perfect home and location by the lake and so many magical dinners and breakfasts were enjoyed on the balcony. Renee went over and beyond, we can’t wait to be back! A trip to forever remember.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Susannah's place in Culburra. It was just perfect for our holiday. Great location, so peaceful and had everything we could have needed to make the stay perfect. Great set up for pets and Susannah couldn't have been more welcoming or responsive if we needed anything. We can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Angela's place. From beautiful lake views to seeing the kangaroos each evening, we had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Angela's place also had everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a short drive to the beaches and Husskinson.

This place is amazing. Easy to find and exactly what was advertised and more! We had 2 teenagers who were entertained by the water out the back and the bike track out the front. The house was big enough for us all, the garage allowed easy access for the kids to get and store their bikes and water floats. The kids would fish in low tide and float in the water on high tide while I enjoyed the lounge on the back veranda. This place is the perfect family retreat. Thank you!

Thank you for providing a great place to stay for the weekend. We had a great time in the space and walking around the town. Having the waterfront was great and allowed easy kayaking. The beach was in walking distance which was also nice. Guests should be aware there is no coffee machine but there is a nice coffee shop nearby 😊

Absolutely amazing air bnb. The location was perfect for a relaxing few days at the south coast. The back yard and view is incredible. Our dog loved the yard, we did not see her for most of the trip ! The yard is secure for pet owners. The inside of the house is amazing, the photos do not do it justice ! Susan is an amazing host and provided so much information prior to check in such as what to do near by, food etc . She went above and beyond ! We will defiantly be back :)

The set up with a main house and then a very modern garden apartment suited us as we were a family gathering and we oldies could have some separate space from the rest of the family but still have a lot of fun with them. A short drive to the beach was also a big highlight as well as walking distance to local cafes , restaurants and Culburra Village amenities. John or Leigh also got back to us very quickly if we had any questions during our stay which we appreciated.

We walked down the lush garden path in through the front door and immediately felt calm, at ease and energised. We opened all the doors and windows, looked over the river from the deck. Didn’t feel like leaving. We mainly cooked instead of eating out, all doing’s bought locally with the kitchen well stocked with crockery, cookware, utensils and appliances. With all seasons experienced in our 3 day stay - from humid 37C to cool and raining, but hardly used the air-con. We used the huge bath and river below for regular cooling off, and the fireplace was there should it have been needed. The cicada’s were incredible - waves of sound like rain squalls, new bird noises every day and visits from possums. Though close to neighbours - we couldn’t have felt more private. Can’t wait to come back in winter….

Heinz was a wonderful host. We loved that we were able to bring our fur babies and it was very comforting to know that Heinz kept an eye on them while we were out fishing. His home will always be our first choice for our weekends away in the area. Thank you Heinz x

The Green Island Beach House is a fab place for a big family group - there's enough very comfy beds for ten people, with a double and two singles in a sunroom arrangement leading onto an outside verandah. There are also two living areas which is great if you prefer to read quietly while your holiday-mates chat or play games. The kitchen is compact but really well equipped, and the hosts provide beautiful fresh fruit, coffee, milk, and other brekky options. Prospective guests should know that the gas barbecue in the photos is no longer there, but there is an outdoor wood barbie which David set for us. The location is incredible - it's a short walk to Manyana Beach to the north, and there are multiple paths to the south to Cunjurong Point, Green Island, and Lake Conjola. It's also steps away from the little Cunji take-away. David is a generous and very responsive host, and a genuinely interesting guy. Loved our stay - thank you!

Great stay, had all the necessary amenities. House was older but really clean and had everything required. Would recommend, nice walk around lake and good driving distance from Jervis Bay National Park.

We had a wonderful time at this place and are already planning when to return! The location is amazing with easy access out the back straight into the lake for fishing and kayaking and swimming - beautiful sunsets. The house itself was very well appointed including all the things you need in the kitchen so you feel right at home. Everything was so lovely and comfortable and super clean (great beds!). Highly recommend this wonderful home - we did not want to leave!

Great place for a family reunion. Enjoyed by all, from Sydney, Canberra and overseas, aged from 2 years to 82 years old, and 2 dogs. Within walking distances to beaches and lake. Lovely view of the water from the front balcony, and beautiful sunset from the lake. Excellent place to unwind after Christmas. Mary LS

Alia was a great host, and looked after us very well. The location is great with lots of birds singing in the morning, and with the lake at the end of the garden. Lots of great beaches really close by. The amenities are great and well looked after, clean and well presented. Our family were very comfortable there.
