Lake side house rentals in Lake Bomoseen

a nice property , definitely book it for more than 2 nights because they go by so quick ! but it is unfortunate they have their water system in a well and water is super limited and not filtered property.

Karen was a very kind host. House was clean and nicely decorated for the holiday! Wish the kitchen was a little bigger for how many people the house sleeps. Overall great location, nice historic area to walk around. 20 minutes to lake George center.

This is a place that we are fortunate to go to each year. Our entire family loves the cabin and peaceful lake. I think this is our 7th year. If you’re looking for tranquil, this is the perfect place. I’m so grateful Sharon makes this home available for people to enjoy. We will continue to make sure we fit in a time each year to take advantage of the opportunity to stay and truly rest, we truly enjoy her place ! Thank you

Wow, what an incredible lake house retreat. We felt straight at home and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, we want to go back again! Everything was clean and well equipped, which we really needed for our baby. Thank you Andrew!

The cabin was quaint , cute and clean. Sonja and the main office were very nice. She quickly responded to any questions we had. They also gave us a couple of mugs to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of Candlelight Cottages. We would definitely stay there again!

Laura's house is right at the water's edge and has stunning views of Lake George and Sandy Bay. The sunroom upstairs was our favorite place to sit and relax. The outside patio and the swing are also great places to sit and enjoy the views. The house was clean and tidy and we felt right at home as soon as we got there. The house would be great for two families or for families whose kids would like some space to themselves. Plenty of room to relax and sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Kristie was super friendly and very responsive. She went above and beyond to provide a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Will definitely book future trips with her.

The house has an amazing view looking over the lake. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature. The house was comfortable with all the needed amenities and a useful layout.

Had an amazing stay, house had everything we needed and was perfect for our snowboarding trip. Russel was a great host and made the entire stay very easy. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's lake house. The house was newly renovated and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials to make it easy to cook meals. We especially enjoyed eating our farm fresh eggs from Nadeau's Farmers Market outside on the deck to start the day. Kelly gave specific directions to find the house. The place to cross the railroad tracks can be hard to locate in the dark. Paddling on the lake was a highlight. It was great to launch right from the property. Kelly's place is located 30-40 minutes away from some cute towns to shop or grab a yummy meal. We were able to visit Essex-NY, Middlebury-VT, and Vergennes-VT. We would gladly stay here again.

Cristine was a great host and the house was very cozy! Only 40 min from killington which was an easy drive. Will definitely be coming back!

Katie's house was perfect for a guy's weekend golf trip. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfy. Had all the amenities you would ever need. The house is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great views of the lake across the street. Conveniently located to the Lake George area. I would definitely stay here again!

Ashley was a terrific host. Very flexible and responsible. The house is as described, very clean and cozy. The house had everything you could possibly need. The fireplace and the hot tub were a treat. The house is very close to Killington and all the restaurants. It's quite private at the end of a cul-de-sac. We had a great time and will definitely return!

We can’t say enough good things about this house. It was PERFECTION; it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We traveled with 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) and everyone fit in the house comfortably. The kids space to play was so great for the kids. The fireplace room was big enough for all of us to sit by a cozy fire and watch tv after a day of skiing or playing in the snow. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. And we were all able to sit at the dining room table for dinners. The land was absolutely incredible. We could skate on the lake, we had snowball fights, built snowmen, we explored the property to take pictures, and the kids were able to play on the play ground. We truly cannot say one negative thing about this house. We wish we could take this house on each vacation we go on!

Beautiful house! Spacious, clean, lots of sleeping options and great beds. Very cosy open kitchen and dining table with seating for all. Quiet area. Great location to local ski areas and villages. We’d love to come back and stay again in the future.

Had a great 3 night stay with my family of four. Excellent location 15 mins from Killington ski area, and 10 mins from Rutland - we had dinner there one evening. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable, cozy and had very good temp controls. Kitchen was fully equipped. Garage was big enough to park our car with roof box inside. An added bonus - there are miles of walking trails around the property- we snowshoed after we had a snowfall. Madelyn is a wonderful host - answered all our messages within minutes and was very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Alyssa was super helpful and responsive! The house was clean and easy to check into. Everything was easy to find and labeled. It is in a great location if looking for somewhere for a bigger group. No complaints at all!
