Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Berryessa

This cabin and the whole area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. This is the exact vibe my girlfriend was looking for to spend her birthday so we really enjoyed our stay. All the listed amenities are available. Jade is responsive and helpful which we appreciated. We had initial issues about the first floor bathroom sink and shower not producing warm water but the next day, we ran it for an hour and that seemed to work. The only other thing is something about the air inside the house felt stuffy and irritating to my girlfriend’s nose and she would wake up with nasal congestion and sore throat. We thought it might be the smell of burning wood/incense that permeated the house so we aired out the bedroom and that seemed to help a little. Maybe it’s an allergy to wood dust she just discovered. I suggest having an air purifier and/or humidifier would be helpful for future guests.

Loved being able to access beach/lake for short walks! Fenced in yard was great for dog. Little path/service road on side of/ behind house was fun for kids to play in. House has great lighting with sunrise views of the lake. Fully stocked kitchen! Hydro heated floors are wonderful. Sleds in garage! Our Tahoe fit in garage barely. Suburban or longer doesn’t fit. Clean, modern, comfortable house. Very soft beds. One of the best hosts we’ve worked with! Would stay again.

This is our go to spot to stay when in the area. The cabin is very clean, very well decorated, easy to get to location. Nancy is a wonderful host. Also very highly reccommend the burgers at the restaurant!

Great place, really clean, relaxing, quiet, comfortable. Nice little creek right outside the door. The smell of the pines all around the cabin is amazing. We loved sipping wine on the patio outside the backdoor, listening to the birds and the sound of the creek. So it's a little difficult to find. Sandy's instructions are very clear and concise, but it does feel a little uncomfortable getting there the first time. It feels like you shouldn't be there, but the instructions are correct. Once you do it, it's actually quite simple! Totally recommend this place!

Annalisa has created a truly welcoming space in Tahoe City. We immediately felt at home and familiar with the locale. The creature comforts afforded by Annalisa's property made our stay all the more seamless. Only minutes from downtown Tahoe City, with access to sprawling walking trails, Lake Tahoe, and numerous outdoor activies, our days were full with enriching experiences that we will remember for ever. Exactly what the pics and description offer- clean and comfortable. Host Derek was super communicative and friendly. Great location with easy food options and ski rentals near by. Dog friendly which is a huge perk for our family. Wifi works great, too.

My mom & I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and it was amazing! The location is beautiful, and the amenities made it even better! We especially joined the firepit and hot tub at night! The kitchen was nice & modern. It was nice having breakfast while still being able to enjoy the views from the inside because of all the windows. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but Madison was quick to respond & help us out. We really appreciated the punctual communication! I would recommend driving to the location while it's still light out though.

One of my favorite stays with Airbnb and really affordable for how fantastic the cabin is! Everything is set up so thoughtfully (like plenty of firewood and fire starters next to the wood burning stove) and is very user friendly for guests. Easy check in and out, and Paulette was responsive and friendly. It was so nice to have the large securely fenced in yard for the dogs, and humans and pups alike enjoyed having our own private beach. We felt right at home and would love to visit again for the perfect cozy get away!

My husband and I took our family here and we had the best time. Relaxing and unwinding and just being able to enjoy and spend time with our family, went and seen some sights close by. Caleb was a very responsive host and clear instructions from start to finish.

What a cozy little cabin, comfy beds, well laid out, kitchen had all we needed, great views and close to the snow.

Place is a 10/10. Beautiful setting with a private dock. Would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of stairs, but the view and privacy are worth a stay on the water.

We were looking for a place that was dog friendly, private and peaceful , in a scenic area and fun for our family of 4. Sweet Creek delivered. We wish we could have stayed longer but the one night we were there was special for our family and Cookie was a super gracious host. Thanks.

A cozy cabin with a spectacular view. It was a joy to wander out of bed to watch the sun rise over the lake, and soul healing to walk the lake shore while gazing at the play of pink and orange in the sky, reflecting in the water as the sun set and slip back into the cabin only steps away. We were there in a quiet pocket of time slipped in-between holidays when the lake was not crowded with tourists. I don't know how well the cabin would insulate from hustle and bustle when the lake is more crowded, but for us, for when we went, it was absolutely lovely.

Mary's house was very quaint, clean and just what I needed for a peaceful get away...would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at Katerina's cabin, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet and near Calavaras Big Trees State Park and just up the highway from the snow. And the cabin itself is lovely — it has everything you need and extras beside. We built lovely family memories sitting in front of the crackling wood fire, listening to the vinyl records. The hot tub is always a plus coming back from romping around in the snow!

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Thank you Todd and Ileen for sharing your beautiful cabin. The cabin was well equipped for a party of 6 and 2 pups. Lots of games! The pool table and hot tub were a lot of fun. Made a few meals in the kitchen which was well stocked even with spices and a crock pot! The deck that over looked the forest was great place to hang out on. Definitely would come back.

We booked this home to get away for the weekend and this house was very nice. They have plenty of household items and towels. The home is well maintained and it’s a good size for 3-4 people. Loved all of the communication from the company with clear check in and check out instructions. Also, a great value for the price. We recommend staying here.

I love this place. It’s well built, has everything you need and in a gorgeous location. Even though my family could benefit from one more bedroom we keep coming back to this location because of how perfect it is, and we always enjoy our time here.
