Lake side house rentals in Lake Barkley

Teresa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This was a last minute booking for us to visit family during the early spring. This is a country style home with a large kitchen which met our needs perfectly. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the water. Teresa was a great host and we have since discovered that she has another Airbnb on the water. When we come back in the summer months we may rent that house as she was a terrific host.

Beautiful view of the lake, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Hostess was easy to communicate with. Home had everything we needed.

the host is super quick to respond and tries to provide accommodations where she can. the house is gorgeous and the backyard is perfect to hang out and grill. love that the lake is right there in the backyard for Kayaking and fishing. bonus that we were able to bring our fur baby

This was our second stay with Greg. It did not disappoint. Greg’s place is lovely, a beautiful setting, clean and comfortable. Greg is very responsive when we had a question. We will be back again!

Peaceful location and very nice little A frame house. Great view and exactly the get away we were hoping for. We have shared and recommended to others, would be ideal for a single family or a pair of couples looking for a rural retreat.

We used this house for our Salty Sister Ladies Winter Retreat. The views were amazing! Beautiful house with plenty of space and beds for our group. As described, the driveway is extremely steep and 4WD is needed. Age range was 16-80 and we were thankful for our two younger ones helping those with walking difficulty. Sadly, we broke a chair immediately upon sitting at the dining table. The leg was loose without her realizing. As described, the driveway is a battle for carrying things down and up the hill. But we had an amazing time together and so glad we braved it.

This farm house was the perfect spot to unwind. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and private with just about anything you could need at your finger tips! Marilyn was very responsive to my texts and very kind. I will most definitely be back!!

Great place to stay! very close to shopping and attractions. about a 15 minute drive to Paris for great local food.

We had a great stay. Cabin was clean and quiet. Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions! Very kind and friendly. Definitely planning to come back with my husband who will LOVE fishing here!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful place as some of you have already read in the reviews. The pictures don’t do it justice and that could not be any true or of a statement. My wife and I elected to take a last-minute trip after Christmas to reset and this place, definitely did not disappoint and we will definitely be back. We’ve never gone to a place to unwind and came back this ready to take on the world in front of us! To say this place is magical is an understatement ❤️

I rented the cabin for my elderly Mother who came to see me from Stone Mountain Ga and my mother said that her mattress was the best and the accommodations were great

We met our Murray State daughter for a few days with extended family, and the house was the perfect location for our get together! Very clean, large and spacious accommodations. We loved the hot tub, gorgeous view of the lake, we had a few kids with us and enjoyed some leisurely hiking and the playground and beach area of the campground. Beds were comfortable, even the air mattress had a very comfortable memory foam topper that made it a great option as well! Loved the outside area, grilled out one night and had the coals and everything we needed for our burgers and hot dogs. Kitchen could have used some oil or a few other spices, but not a big deal. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, such a beautiful location and great escape to the lake!

We enjoyed our stay at Rhonda’s cabin. Everything was just as the Airbnb listing stated, and Rhonda was super quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Great location to visit Land Between the Lakes and Lake Barley! We will definitely be back!

We got this house for our family Christmas celebration. It was perfect. Everyone had their own space,we brought in groceries and cooked in the beautiful kitchen. We asked for a Christmas tree and there was a beautiful tree fully decorated and ready for us. It really felt like home. The only thing is theGPS directions were wrong and there is no house number visible but not a big deal it's very easy to find. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family.

Great stay in Grand Rivers at Chris and Kim’s place. Wonderful location that is walking distance to all of the attractions and minutes to the lake and LBL. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed the house! Enough space to accommodate our whole family and not feel like you are on top of each other. Could have privacy if you wanted it. Well stocked kitchen, office for my son-in-laws to do a little work. Loved the amenities: ping pong table, corn hole, arcade and shuffleboard. Our entire family loved Kayaking and it was a highlight for us! The views and sunsets are spectacular.

Wonderfully quiet lake house!

This was a fabulous place to stay for our annual family vacation. The extra guest house was perfect. Everything was clean and spotless. Megan was so kind and responsive to all our messages. I recommend this house and Megan to anyone traveling in the Grand Rivers area.

Is a great place to stay. This was our second stay in this location. It is seasonal decorated and just an overall great place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This home is a must stay, if you are looking for a beautiful, scenic, cozy and private place to stay! The view of the lake is breathtaking and the bird feeders on the deck made you feel like you were one with nature! We had a visit from the Cardinal everyday of our visit. The home is clean, spacious and the host was Amazing!

Loved our stay at this home. The bed was so comfortable, big screen t.v. was nice for watching movies at night, the grill outside was the nicest grill at any rental we have ever stayed at. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was secluded and we saw deer every single day driving to the lake. The owner was very responsive and let us check in early since we got to town earlier than expected, also checked on us during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed.
