Clean accommodation. It was on the second floor, so it was good to move around.

Our expectations were far surpassed at the amazing amenities and views and the entire experience we had here at Karen’s Rental from the gracious caretaker, Wilson letting us in, later than we expected to arrive, to the amazing views and everything we needed from snorkel gear to washer / dryer. We felt so at home and welcomed by the staff and by Karen, who was extremely responsive. She took care of our every need and we even had a fridge with beer and wine ready for our late arrival ( for an extra fee, of course, but for very reasonable.) we spent the day soaking in the views snorkeling on the amazing coral reef just steps from our cabana and the pool is absolutely breathtaking. Every bit of our stay here was spectacular. We cannot say enough good things about it.. We will cherish those memories forever.. I will even mention how Karen sent us menus from the local restaurants, and the Belgian bistro down the road was excellent and very reasonably priced. This was a fabulous stay !

Didn't have to worry about a thing! The rooms were fully equipped and very spacious with everything we needed, and the essentials were all high quality. Super convenient. 👍👍👍

The place is very peaceful and diving right out side the gate. Very friendly staff, some good restaurants near buy. See Apo Island right across. Good pool. Great for long or a short stay. Has everything you need.

Beautiful beachfront location, really living the Robinson Crusoe dream. We really enjoyed our stay here and Angele was a dream to deal with, a super host. The only negative would be that when we booked the shack it was a beach bungalow on it's own, it has since had another one built alongside, and if the guests staying there are noisy or you don't like their taste in music, then it could diminish the pleasure of your stay.

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Great communication and 24/7 security and caretaker. Caretaker was very hospitable and no problem to tough to resolve. House was clean and tidy and great view over the sea. Unfortunately both my wife and I are light sleepers and the main 4 lane highway is between the house and the sea. Traffic was 24/7 so we got little sleep and thus left a day earlier.

This is my second time staying at Darlene's apartment and everything was great again. Great location close to everything by trike that you can catch right in front of the property. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Dumaguete.

I had a lovely stay at Nerfe's place in Dumaguete! The condo is cozy, clean, and in a secure location, which made my first visit to the Philippines a smooth and enjoyable experience. The instructions for check-in were clear, and the condo itself had everything I needed, including reliable WiFi. Nerfe was an exceptional host! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She provided great recommendations for tours and helped connect me with a driver (shoutout to Erick!) to visit Balinsasayao Twin Lakes and other scenic spots. Despite not feeling well at the start, she ensured everything was set up perfectly before my arrival.
