Eric and Sara were very responsive and proactive. The place was amazing, beautifully appointed, amazing views, so peaceful and close to everything. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again in a heartbeat:)

Our 4 families had a great time! Sam’s house is beautiful and very well maintained. In fact, our whole group was surprised how nice it was, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is easy to get to (no hills and steep driveways to maneuver!) and a short drive into town. There were even gorgeous holiday decorations and a Christmas tree up for us. Can’t recommend this home enough and we can’t wait to come back!

The location was perfect, with the Summit only minutes away making it very easy for our start in the day as well as the downtown and all the restaurants and stores. The cabin had more than enough supplies for us and we were beyond comfortable our entire stay. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend our host and their property highly enough.

Had a fantastic stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. The game room was awesome and views incredible. Check in and out instructions were clear and having everything labeled in the house made for easy navigation. Highly recommend!

Wow! I wish i stayed there for more than one night, it was perfect for our mini getaway after the election anxiety. The place was lovely, the interior designing, the furniture, the kitchen was perfection, definitely recommend if it’s too cold outside to grill. The bathroom was super nice and clean!!! I loved that the plugs near the beds had usb and usb-c plug-ins, very upgraded and sufficient! The fireplace made it cozy! Parking is a plus! Thank you, i will be back! xx

Not only is the proximity to the mountain top notch, Loren was a wonderful and responsive host. The place was exactly what we needed for our group and we will definitely be staying again.

We stayed at this home last year and loved it so much we came back! The house has the most epic views of the mountains and there's no more peaceful place than spending time on the deck. The inside is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. If you're looking for a serene respite, I highly recommend!

It is super clean and almost brand new. We enjoyed our stay. The spa was amazing, and the view from the patio was fantastic. It is fully equipped.
