Nice, clean and modern apartment, Javier gave us all the facilities for our stay. The apartment had everything needed, it was not necessary to request more additional things. The entire condominium enjoys tranquility and the boys have fun with security.

The place had everything needed, even more. This is perfect if you are going to spend several days in Lima, it has shops nearby. The area of Barranco and Miraflores is about half an hour walking but there is transport nearby. We recommend it

Always a great and lovely stay in Rossy’s place. The building staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the home is very safe with multiple parks nearby to take a peaceful morning walk.

Excellent place, very nice and cozy. Angela is super friendly and always responded. The house is cozy. It's advisable to go by car because it's a bit far from the beaches and avenues, but it's really worth visiting Angela's house with the family.

The house is very clean and equipped, just as Geanfranco described it to me, the terrace on the 2nd floor is quite spacious and the grill is also large. The common areas are very nice and above all clean and tidy, access to the beach is super simple and with showers when leaving to avoid dirtying the rest of the common areas. Everything excellent!

Roberto was extremely friendly, proactive and helpful. She always responded quickly and clarifies some inquiries I had before, during and after my stay. The house is quite beautiful, very balanced with accessories for the beach, cooling and large kitchen and its perfect terrace for grills. The beach also super clean and organized. I went with friends to have a long end and we all liked full. I broke it up again the following week ☀️🙌🏻

The photos and description are as-is and more. I went with all my family, elderly people with reduced mobility and a small dog. It was very easy to access the beach and the seawall because the condominium has elevators. Direct access to the beach Beautiful gardens, sauna, jacuzzi, play area, gym, yoga room, all very easy to access, just with the bracelet that give you on entry. The pools are the best. Pool with bar and restaurant, family pool and a children's pool. The pools face the ocean directly. We were able to take big pictures of the sunset from there. We will definitely be back! 🤗 Monica is an excellent host. Lots of kindness, flexibility and understanding on your part. Nahaim and the condominium management staff were also very helpful and friendly. The place exceeded our expectations 🤩

We really liked the apartment, it is visible to see that they have put effort to renovate and update it, they looked very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the boardwalk as described. We spent some quiet days in midweek , enjoying the view.
