Everything about this trip was perfect. The accommodation was even cleaner and better than described, and the location was absolutely perfect, making the trip incredibly comfortable. I would definitely love to come back!

Maxime's home is modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The building itself is new and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that are easy to use. Inside, the colorful lights and lively plants create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staying in Maxime's apartment was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

The location is ideal, offering convenient access to all parts of Irvine, especially if you have a car, and above all, it felt very safe. The accommodation was quiet, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful stay. Amanda was always prompt and friendly in answering any questions I had. If it's available, I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Irvine.

Great place in Downtown, very spacious living room and bedrooms, the only critique is with multiple guests, 5+ the one bathroom can be tough to manage with, otherwise the place is as mentioned on the listing, the hot-tub on the roof is a really good spot with good views of downtown, and Marie is very quick with responses.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the LA area and definitely up there when it comes to getting the most comfortable stay for the price. Everything you could think of was a 10-20 min walk away.

Really enjoyed this place. It was very clean, comfortable bed, free private parking, WiFi was fast, and bathroom was great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the place even has a cozy balcony. Would recommend to anyone, area was also convenient. Would stay here again!

I recently stayed at The Loft in Los Angeles, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by how beautiful and impeccably decorated the space was. Every corner of the loft reflects a keen eye for design, blending modern aesthetics with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Cleanliness was top-notch—the loft was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

I highly recommend this downtown LA space. Super safe and quiet building. Pristine apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The host is super helpful and responds quickly and completely to inquiries. If this place is available on my next visit to LA I'm booking it first.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Great place to stay near many great restaurants and a lot of activities to do in the area. house is very nice, rooms were all very spacious with king beds in most of them, would 100 percent stay here again

My husband and I really liked our stay here! Very homey and within walks of multiple different places. Coffee Drunk was our Favorite recommendation! We went here every morning of our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The hosts are kind, responsive and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience in their home. This home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, which makes you feel safe and secure (which is important, in the past, we have stayed at others where we felt we could not fully fall asleep). At this location, we were able to relax and rest. Our boys, had a blast in the game room. This trip was our 3 year old's first trip away from home, we anticipated some anxiety but he enjoyed himself so much, we did not see any. All in all, an amazing stay made possible by the amazing hosts. Thank you once again for your hospitality. We are truly grateful.

It was a nice getaway the home was nice and clean the beds were comfortable and I appreciate that the home had more than 1 television to allow for some separation house provided all essential things needed I would definitely stay again

It's a beautifully themed and maintained cottage that's within walking distance (3-15 minutes) of restaurants, convenience stores, groceries, and bus stops that can take you to farther destinations around Long Beach. The hosts are friendly, communicative, and proactive, and they furnish just about every amenity we could ever need to feel at home! We especially appreciate the private parking space, that the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, baking, and drink making (plenty of coffee brewing methods and a nice tea selection!), and the occasional visits from one of the world's mellowest and sweetest cats. My friends and I always look forward to booking with them any time we end up in Long Beach, whether it's for a convention or to explore all the activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Candice was a great host. Candice was exceptional at communicating and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire trip. Arrival was easy. The place was very clean and exactly as described. They even left a little welcome gift for us. Our entire group enjoyed the amenities. The house is close to good restaurants and a coffee shop. I’d stay at Candice’s house again.

Parking situation was AMAZING. The house was big and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. AC was very nice. The host was GREAT…I had an issue after we checked out…I contacted the host and they responded right away…they were very understanding and flexible 10/10!!!!

Marina was a lovely host and the check in was very easy. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. The canyon view and wildlife was the cherry on top. I will definitely stay with Marina again.
