Vacation rentals in Laguna Mountains

This was a great place to stay with my family. The streets were quiet at night and we did not experience any construction noise. The parking situation can be difficult at times with a family of six, but we adjusted quickly with no real issues. The parking accommodations were explained to us before arriving. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the house including the beach.

I loved this cottage, it’s location, and our experience. The exterior: private, behind a wooden fence steps away from the sidewalk, with the cutest succulent garden with some tasteful décor. The interior: meticulously curated vintage and retro-style pieces, always something to look at, I appreciate that it wasn’t an IKEA bulk order but a lot of love and care and personality. And it’s SO clean and doesn’t feel cluttered at all! I loved the round yellow bathroom tile, the kitchen sink, the leather chair and ottoman in the living room. So many gems all around. Katrina was a gem herself!!! My toddler got sick (yuck) in bed the first night, and K came to our rescue the next morning with new linens, completely kindhearted and understanding. Related- the free laundry was a godsend to have with a kid, and to simply not have to pack a ton! And the beach gear, stocked supplies in the cabinets, they thought of everything! ❤️

Jane and Ian’s place was awesome! Great space with well equipped kitchen and brand new appliances and cookware. The view from the 2nd floor porch-balcony was amazing since we could sit out with glass of wine and watch the sunsets. The king bed was very comfortable. The location was a short walking distance to La Jolla Cove and local amenities like restaurants and stores. Both hosts, plus their site manager, were super communicative and responsive. We will definitely book with this Host Team again!

Ricardo's place was very clean, conveniently located, and the host was responsive and helpful! Instructions to check in are very clear and easy to follow, and parking is easily accessible. The AirBnB was centrally located in SD making it a good homebase to explore and branch out from. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washer dryer, and hot tub were all very new and clean. I would stay here again! The only thing I would mention is that the room was quite humid at times, but the wall AC/heat unit helped with that. The host was responsive to our questions about checking out, and the check-out process itself was easy and not excessive.

It was a beautiful view and easy to access all the fun San Diego adventures.

Great location within walking distance to CVS, Ralph’s, restaurants and the beachfront. The house is cute, cozy, updated small home. Everything is clean, working and up to date. The parking place is notched next to the home, but will only fit a midsized suv or smaller. We had a Hyundai Kona which fit perfectly. The only complaint is that the bar next to the alley was really loud from about 8:30 pm to 1 am, while we were there, but it was St Pattys day and Spring break weekend which it probably isn’t as loud on non holiday evenings. We’d definitely stay again.

Many thanks to Renee for being such a great host! We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was as described, the location was perfect, and the house was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep! If you plan on parking on the street, make sure you are able to climb a short, sharp incline to access the home.

stayed with our two boys, 8 and 3. clean, easy to access, great comms from the host. tons to do in the area, good access to the bay and easy walk to the park. Kids loved Belmont Park and the beach. great place to use as a base in Mission Beach!
